I had called in to see how much it would cost to have my tire patched due to a leak and I was told, "Free! Just tell your family and friends and share on Facebook how much you love us!" That was music to my ears! Unfortunately, the leak ended up being slightly too large to patch. I was told my next option would be to purchase a new tire to fix the issue, as rigging up a patch would reduce the longevity of the tire, which I was totally okay with. As for the tire, I decided to pick their Recommended tire which came with a grand total bill of $250. Was That the best deal? Odds are no, but that also included the service. Before I continue, I spoke to many people letting me know that I was practically gypped by the cost of the tire and the service (This was after I had returned from the service). After successfully paying for the tire, I patiently waited for over an hour to have the tire replaced. This is where the main complaint comes in, aside from the cost of the tire, which to be fair there were a couple of tires to choose from, but they didnt recommend them. I waited well over an hour just to have that tire replaced. Was it busy? Not really, considering I watched COUNTLESS PEOPLE WALK IN AND HAVE THEIR VEHICLES SERVICED IMMEDIATELY, OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Were they getting tires replaced like me? YEAH, THEY WERE, MULTIPLE EVEN! After watching all of these people literally walking in and out receiving great service, I finally stood up to find out when my vehicle was going to be serviced, and then someone walked out and hopped in my vehicle to have the tire replaced... finally.......... Again, after watching countless people having their vehicles immediately serviced, I waited patiently and didnt say a word, and did not give off any rude demeanor or anything. In summary, I received terrible service, as the turn around time to have a single tire replaced was over an hour when people were having their tires replaced and vehicles serviced immediately. Why did I deserve this? Were they out of stock? No. Did they give me a reason? No. This was hands down the most confusing, worst car service Ive ever received. The Gentlemen that helped me was kind, but gave me no updates on anything or never helped me out after swiping my card to give them their sweet payment. I am writing this review so people in the future will do further research before hitting this place up. Compare your prices, and make sure that you arent getting conned or suckered into purchasing multiple tires, as my tires still had full tread practically and they wanted to charge me for two. I wish I didnt have to write this review, and I understand you have a business to run, but dont take advantage of someones time like that just because I was patiently waiting, that was ridiculous.

I was there today with a loose tire and rim in the back of my truck,,,I went inside and waited about 10 minutes about 6 or 8 feet from the desk facing the desk,,,didnt move,,,when Chad Blevins walked up he looked to his left to someone else and asked whos next you while pointing at the other customer while I was standing in front of him,,I walked up and said I needed a tire replaced,,,we walked outside,,,I told him discount needs a number system if you dont Know whos next in line,,he said something,,I said Ive been waiting 10 minutes and you walk up and look away at someone else,,,he said whos ever closest to the desk normally gets next service,,,well I was right in front of you,,why did you look way to your left to someone else,,,he said sometimes customers sneak around and lose their place,,,I said I dont need to be sneaking around,,we agreed on the tire I wanted,,,I paid for it,,,he said it would be about 10 minutes,,,you can wait outside where it was 100 degree or he said I can wait inside where the ac is on,,I told him yeah Ill wait inside,,,,I would rather have slapped the hell out of him,,,my tire was finished in about 10 minutes,, hopefully it will last

if anything they are consistent. every single time I have visited their location in the last 3 years they have messed up in some way 1. got new rims, they stripped one of the threads. gave me a voucher to get that fixed by a 3rd party. 2. took 3 times to find a nail in my tire. the only reason they found it the third time was because i refused to leave until they checked it again... it was loosing 3-6 PSI a day, the hole was substantial 3. got new tires from them, one of the tires was mounted backwards. on the outside of the tire it read inside 4. got two new tires, now i drift pretty hard right. I cant speak to whether that is their fault, but i called to make an appointment and mentioned my issue and alignment and the employee encouraged me to just come in and said i didnt need an appointment. i waited 15 mins for service only to be told discount tire doesnt work on alignments and given a card for someone who does. What r these guys ? Supermans? ... Never in my whole life seen a place that is so pleasing to the customer and simultaneously fast , professional, accurate at work. I was being recommend by one of the auto mechanic shops as they dont have tires. I saw the reviews but wasnt sure about the time slot I gave it to them. It was Saturday 4:20 I dropped my car with 2 flat vandalized tires to be taken of and have new tires. I was received by Daniel head of the store very pleasing way and assured me that it would be done by end of the day which is next 30-45min. They are all busy and I wasnt sure they could do it as the closing time was 5 . Damm they stayed extra 45 min to fix my car and not only mine did help everyone who arrived well with in 5. Wow man ....Just wow...U guys should be awarded for the excellent work u did on my car. I had my birthday next day and as they assured to give it same day ...In fact they did it. Thank-you sooooomuch guys.... U guys just rock...

I called to get a price check after being quoted $600 for new tires at the dealership, and Brandon answered the phone. He was extremely friendly and personable and made sure I understood fully what my options were for replacing my tires. I made an appointment for the next day, and when I came in, Brandon was as friendly in person as he was over the phone. I observed other customers coming in and out of the store and was equally impressed with how the employees interacted with them. They introduced themselves, shook their hands, and worked quickly to address their concerns even in the midst of a chaotic and busy store. I had my tires changed within 20 minutes from when I dropped my car off. I paid around $485 for four new, mid-grade tires and left feeling valued and with a smile on my face. Whoever does their customer service training deserves high praise. Ill be back!

I never write reviews but these guys deserve it. Nic, Will, Jaiden, and the rest of the crew at this store are courteous, helpful, and bent over backwards to take care of me when I had multiple issues with road hazard damage to tires in the same week. Even when another tire could not be covered by the road hazard warranty, they sold me a practically new used tire at an excellent price to make sure I was safe on the road. They work efficiently and are examples of customer service that you really do not see anywhere else in the automotive world. I will be going to this discount store as long as I live in Austin.
