I came all the way from roundrock and brought my family with me I looked up the store schedule online before coming to the store All the employees are outside waiting for there boss to open its 8:40 am and weve been here since 8am and no management on sight employees waiting for there boss no customer respect or a phone call to co workers its a shame .

Its operated more like a for profit business than a charity org. Im appalled by the very high prices on products they get for free. They hold an in-store auction on items and I thought you had to have a license or permit to do that. Makes me wonder if Goodwill is really good.

Very disappointed Store was a mess and the floor was dirty (not a rainy day). Items on every shelf were broken. And it smelled like sour mop.
