Angelia Robertson is the name the employee has given me as the owner. I walked in first asking if yall we re hiring part- time. An obvious adult question. I told what i was looking for lil bottle of spiced rum. Get at the register with my boy friend and then he asks me for id. I had it in the car. But then tells me he can not sell to him either i am aware of the liqour laws in tn. I ask if i go and get my id will it be ok. Sarcastically he says yes. I bring my id in (might add not close to looking like a minor and have missing teeth. But didnt card boyfriend.)when i brought id in i let boyfriend know i didnt want to get alcohol here. Portland having two stores and all. He made it clear he was refusing our service bc i refused his. Very immature and childish attitude for selling liquor. With not carding one paying and carding the one asking is this not in itself descriminaton. May be speaking with mrs robertson soon enough. Thanks but service needs tweeking and not meaning anything other than a i can serve you attitude.

I dont usually write reviews about anything but I was so impressed by this little store that felt I needed to express my gratitude. First of all it was VERY clean, not like a lot of dusty ones Ive been in. Second they carry a large selection of liquor in which I was able to purchase in just one place vs driving around to several stores. Third I really loved how nice and helpful the clerks were. They must have a really great manager because I havent had such great customer service in awhile. Thank you all for being so friendly!

For a small town liquor store, Im pretty happy with this place. Last year, I wanted to get a small bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue for a friend, but I couldnt afford the full size bottle they had in stock. They special ordered a holiday set for me which included the small bottle, and held it for me until I was able to pick it up. They also seem pretty knowledgeable about the liquor. So far, they have answered every question Ive asked. Not a lot of selection because their space is limited, but they carry all the basics.

I visited this store to get a simple bottle of white wine for a recipe I was making. I was surprised by this little stores selection of wine - local wine from Clarksville and the national brand names too. Price was good. I bought two bottles.

The store is always clean when I go in, the girls that work there are always ready to help. They also have drink ideas, and know about the wine they sale. Great location. I will always shop here.
