Let me preface by saying Im a sales manager myself. I went in asking for a specific whiskey that I would like to try, Jack Daniels new fire whiskey. The salesman immediately said they didnt carry it, because it was substandard for the store, and he personally didnt like it. Not a good way to start the convo. He recommended something else, and told me it was his favorite. I said no thanks and then he proceeded to tell me if I wanted substandard alcohol just buy Fireball. I said no thanks, and then he tried to sell me Pappy Van winkle, out of left field! Haha. I am a whiskey and bourbon lover, have a great collection of spirits. I from TN, and love Jack Daniels, and just wanted to try their new blend of whiskey, JD Fire. Thanks to the arrogant and immature staff, I will not be shopping at this store any longer.

Excellent Service!!! We are not big wine drinkers and have started getting interested. I got tired of asking a neighbor what I should buy to go with different foods and occasions. And the guys at Buds are good (I have purchased a lot of Jack there), but I got the feeling that they dont know about wine as much as we would have liked. So we decided to go to The Wine Shoppe and are glad we did. Their selection is amazing and they know the finer points of brands, types of wine, and even know about the grapes, as it was interesting to hear about how a couple of California wines were made. We love this place and will be back soon.

Love this store! Great selection of wine and the staff (especially Katie and Sam) are very helpful and knowledgeable. The vibe there is great, they play cool music, and they always have specials. Very excited to hear that the creeper employee with the annoying hat no longer works there.

They have a very wide selection. There are always friendly employees who are happy to help with my questions. Im slowly learning more about wine and what goes best with different foods and their suggestions for red and white wine at prices I can afford are great.

Manager is extremely rude. Avoid this place. Was on my way to my chiropractor the same day of my visit here and told him about my experience. After vowing to never come here, he recommended a place called Frugal McDougal.

Count your change before leaving the counrer and if you are a person of color avoid this place , the store down the street has a way more polite and courteous staff and your change is never short
