I tried to buy a 2013 Vietti Rocche on pre- arrival as a birth year present for our son. The price listed was 155, and I confirmed that this was the price and and shipping would be 15 dollars more. I did receive confirmation, but no receipt. I was surprised when my CC bill arrived weeks later and it was for 190 plus dollars., for that 1 bottle of wine and there was another bill for 1072 dollars. I called the shop to dispute the extra charge and to complain that the wine cost more than what was agreed upon in the e-mail. The shop denied that they had an extra charge of 1072 and would not sell me the wine for the listed price. I then told them to cancel all orders , and that I would have the CC company dispute the 1072 charge, and they had the gall to state they would charge me a restocking fee. I had to get my cc company involved to clear up the mess. of the mysterious 1072 dollar bill. This company asked me if I was running a scam, and it took then 2 days for them to figure out that they gave someone elses bill to me. A poor quality experience. I am glad to be clear of this shop, but the experience was both sloppy and disappointing that they would not do due diligence, or honor a sale...

I spent around 15 minutes here looking for a gift basket but couldnt find one. Three employees were at the counter when I came in and when I left but no one greeted me or offered to help. They seem to have a good selection, but a wine novice such as myself would benefit from better customer service.

Gerald and Patti are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. From Merlot to Chardonnay, they have the best selection of wine in town. On the very rare occasion they dont have a particular wine, they will try to order it for you. Always worth dropping in here instead of buying wine at the supermarket.

Super cool store, tons of variety. They have events with local wine reps, where you can taste various bottles and experiment a little. The cellar room is a treasure trove, too, and top of all that praise, everyone who works there is *really nice*.
