This was my first visit here. I must say this is one of the best pawn shops around town. Its not the newest building and the inside isnt the cleanest but hey, Ive seen hella worse. They keep it clean as they can. Allen, the owner, seems like an awesome down to earth guy and I felt like he truly cared about my situation and trying to help me as much as he could. You just dont find that anywhere else. His prices on items are very competitive and in most cases a lil cheaper than other pawn shops. He gives you a fair price, like I said just a cool guy. I will def be doing more business with him. You should check em out, good deals.

Go and see Lakewood Pawn for all your needs. He has a great selection of tools, musical instruments and general merchandise. He is also an FFL. I just had a weapon transferred there and the owner, Allen, made the experience pleasant and simple (my first time ordering online). We had a friendly conversation as the transfer was being processed. He was a really nice guy. I will have any future transfers sent there and the next time I am in the market for anything that he might have, I will check with this family run local business first. Thanks Allen.

Had a Edger that was missing from my House and also a Air Compressor. Happened by Lakewood Pawn and there set the Edger. The Edger was 8 months old bought at Lowes. Even though there was a Police report because there were no identifying marks as He called it nothing Could be done. As the owner of the place stated." He followed the law". The question is though. Is dealing in Stole Equipment following the Law? Makes you wonder what else in there is stolen.

I really enjoyed my experience at lakewood pawn. When i went to sell a tablet, he showed me the price it sold for used on the internet so that i knew the price he offered was fair. He was honest and fair. I even bought another item there and he gave me a good deal on it. I highly recommend Lakewood Pawn. I would definitely go back there.
