POPPED CULTURE

Beyond incompetent. I took my Epiphone Les Paul custom in, the told me it was a special 2 despite the obvious pick guard and raised body. Figured Id give them another shot so I took in my 32gb iPad mini w/ retina and 4g still in box. Told me it was 1st Gen WiFi only 16gb. So either the are idiots or assume the average consumer is. Dont go here

Worst place to go to in the world. Defiantly go to Tom Cats if you must. The most assbackards place in the world. Customer service was very faulty and very disloyal. I have never experienced so much incompetence in one room. Jesus cant save this place :(

Ghetto. They will offer you about 5% of what your item is worth and then treat you like an idiot for trying to reason with them. Store is dirty and filled with outdated merchandise, not sure how this place is still in business.

THE most expensive pawn shop ive ever been to in mu life! Used items are about 10% under new cost. Then you have the arrogant non knowledgable staff. Please avoid Ace....Tomcats is great though.
