I have pawned a few things here. I have had all good experiences until now. I pawned a gun and I waited 29 days and then went to get my gun back I had all the fees and the interest required to get it back. They did a FBI background check and it came back denied. There was absolutely NO reason why I would be denied, I have no criminal back ground at all. They said they would send an appeal in and I would have to wait up to 30 days to hear back from them. So......... I waited..... and kept in contact with them and Waited............ Finally after 18 days the appeal came back as being overturned and I was then able to come and pick up my gun. BUT there was an additional $100.00 interest fee attached to the loan since I was not able to pick it up due to the original denial. They would not work with me on this, they simply told me this was not their fault and I told them this was not my fault either. They would not even meet me half way on this...... My interest was times 2 which made all the interest $200.00 instead of the original $100.00. I am really upset that this happened and I think they could have worked with me a little better than this since it was not a full 60 days total. I feel like this may be a scam of some kind, between the pawn shops and the FBI. Who really knows, but I did not have a good experience with this and will never pawn another one of my guns because of this.

The worst pawn shop I have ever had to deal with, the young woman with glasses is one of the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with in any situation..especially in a pawn shop. I recommend waiting for someone else even if the line or the wait is long, all the other employees I have had to deal with have been fine; but the young woman seems like she doesnt even want to be there, more or less makes you feel bad and like you shouldnt be bothering her for even asking her a question or trying to purchase an item. Cash America pawn has always been a good place to purchase or pawn goods, but I recommend going the extra distance to Franklin Rd.s Cash America(most all the time a good experience@Franklin Rd.) or waiting for another employee to wait on you. Overall though I would strongly recommend going to another pawn shop or Cash America location.

I got in the store and was immediately greeted, but then i waited for a solid 15 minutes without a sideways glance. It wasnt until I made a comment about my wait that he said anything and still did not help me. They take too long

Horrible service. Slow and lazy employees. I had to leave without purchasing what i need because they made me wait for so long. And its not because they were busy. Just lazy

RUDE RUDE RUDE...you can stand there for 30 minutes and they will not wait on you. When they do they act like they could care less if you are there.
