Alex the new guy there is douche bag. Sells us a subwoofer we have it professionally installed. I bring it back he tells me we blew the speaker. All in 2 days we blew the speaker that never turned on. Ask to speak to the manager (Tomas) of course he was not available. Complete crooks. I should have pulled over that counter by his stupid handlebar mustache. Criminals all of them. He never even tested it either. Also told me because it is tight around the speaker it was blown. He had no idea what he was talking about. He offer to exchange it but if i blew this speaker and it was my fault why would he exchange it. I decided just to not do business with them. This is the new staff too. What a joke.

Went to get a computer. Miguel was awesome and very helpful. I asked Miguel to check on a computer that he had brought to his boss to see what the message meant that came on the screen and if it was available to purchase. His boss started talking down to him in front of me and being rude. I said I asked him to come ask you about the computer and he put his hand up as if, dont talk Im talking and said " Im trying to tell him something". The poor guy was doing what I asked him to and his boss was just plain rude to him and me. First and last experience there. Too bad.

I was looking to pawn a few things. At first things seemed to go alright while one store associate started to look up what I had. I already told him what I was looking to get. Then another gentleman asked me what would I like to get. I told him and he said nope give him his stuff back without even asking if I could go lower. Long story short there are definitely better pawn shops out there. I highly recommend Murfreesboro Pawn & Gun if youre ever in that area.
