Theyll do whatever they can to make things right. I bought a Taurus pistol there (after doing a ton of research and deciding thats what I wanted) and took it home and fired the first road out of it and the next round wouldnt cycle up. I brought it back to them and they replaced the magazine right away. Not with another mag either but an upgraded one. I took it out that weekend and still had the same problem. I contacted Taurus and scheduled a warranty repair. I took it back to Mid-City just to give them a heads up and immediately they came up with a resolution of tweeking the ejector and ramp, not too much where Taurus wouldnt service it, but enough to make it right. He called me that evening and I picked the gun back up and its been a shooter ever since. Theyve got a customer for life now.
