The people that work there are the worst... I was shopping at the Nashville west location with my sister and I always shop there so my sister and I spent around 40 dollars at the store. And then we left the store it was around 8:30 when we left... so I went shopping at Ross and other store but then I found out that I have lost my card I stared thinking where did I lose it I was like maybe at the rue 21 bc I went in the dressing room and tried clothes on. I was like Maybe it fell . I went back then she was like we are closed she was doing in body language. She was looking and laughing at me and my dad. she didnt even talk to me she kept on ignoring and hiding and called the cops on me and told the cops that I was trying to rob the store. She already know that I wasnt even trying to rob or do anything bc she knows me as customer, just bc I wanted to ask her one simple question she called the cops. This is really rude the worse customer service ever... me and my family always shop there and thats how they treated us.
