If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would choose it. I have called every Ross Store within a 20 mile radius looking for a specific pillow I need. EVERY store was courteous and took the time to look for the pillow EXCEPT this Hendersonville store. I was told In order for us to keep our costs low, we ask customers to come in and find items on their own. We are not staffed to look for items in the store. Very unprofessional, rude tone, and poor customer service. I was willing to drive 40 minutes if they had the pillow Ive been looking for. Glad I didnt waste the trip! (And as luck would have it....the pillow is probably at THEIR store!!)

I have shopped several times at this location and I have given it several chances, I am always let down by the rude associates in the store who obviously hate their job. Managers are never helpful and every time Ive called to talk a manager I am hung up on. I will no longer be shopping at this Ross.

Need to keep shoes stocked. I have purchased several lined business suits from Ross why have you stopped carring them as much as u did previously? I reside in Albuquerque, NM shopping at the one on Coors (westside). When traveling I always make time to go to Ross.

Great selection of clothes and shoes, have everything you need. Decently priced decent customer service. Needs to be up to date with the latest mens fashion. Overall great experience every time I go in.

I love the Ross in Glenbrook. Everyone has always been friendly to me. I agree with other comments about where they put the price sticker but the deals are amazing.

As any other Ross store is almost exclusive for ladies. The only things that I buy here are smartphones chargers.
