Greedo Island

This place is good. It has mostly everything you need. I had bought some stuff and needed to return it the same day because I had bought the wrong stuff and they were very nice about it. If you need help youll have to find someone. They do not ask if you need help at all. One lady was at the register asking for some help to open the other register. There was one other lady on the floor but she ignored what the lady at the register when she was asking for help. So that kinda is a turn off. When the lady did finally come help another representative magically appeared just to gossip with her in front of customers. Lol. Other than that I would recommend going here for your needs. They also have a tailor service connected to them.

Staff informed me of how to get two free pairs of ASU pants with the gold stripe if you have been promoted to Sergeant or Corporal within 30 days. Its available for all soldiers just becoming an NCO. Ask them and they will tell you how to do it. If its too late for you, its not too late for your soldiers.

I would give a half star or less if I could. Majority of staff are not helpful and do not actively ask if you need help. Orders take 3 to 4 times as long as they claim. Stock is very limited and prices are too high. Would not recommend

Decent selection, not the best service. You have to actively search for associates if you need assistance. They always seem to be out of what I want. MWR doesnt seem to know how to keep stock of the most popular items people want.

Not much to say, its the only MCS in town run by AAFES, so they have a monopoly. Service is good for an AAFES store and the selection is adequate.
