I bought a pair of boots there that I did not like. I wore them twice. They were still in factory condition. I went to return them. They said no because I had a sticky spot on the bottom of them. I work in a jail yea I might have stepped in something sticky... The lady was very rude to me kept say no! No! I was calm and respectful the whole time. She kept asking me over and over. Did they not tell you our return policy? I said yes like a thousand times. I will never go back to this store. I have been in law enforcement for 3 years now and I have treated some of the most drunken butt heads with more respect and kindness.

Worst place. I went to get two tops and a pc done, tops needed rank, name tapes, and badge, pc needed rank and name tape. I got charged 39 and change. Then a week later I go to pick them up and they tell me that I didnt get charge for ranks and badges. And that they tried calling my number multiple times and got no answer. So my point is that ever heard of voicemails? And its a mistake that yall made. Why did I have to pay $10 more? $50 is a lot for two tops and a pc. So I just took my tops and pc without rank and badges.

U.S. Patriot replaced U.S. Cavalry at this location. What a difference. Great retail space that you can actually see and navigate in now. The employees are very helpful, and the product selection and quality certainly went up. I managed to tag the parking lot before they repaved and did all the exterior work. The store looks fantastic now.

The same overpriced stuff that they had when it was US Calvary, reminiscent of on post clothing + sales. If budget isnt an issue and youre trying to get top of the line stuff then go for it. For the rest of us double tap, Eagles of war or any of the other secondhand stores are much better

The gear and the prices on EVERYTHING is what made me want to work here as welI enjoy helping all the young Joes helping them get what need at the lowest cost to them. If you were prior service you would know about the new Joes. Glad to a part of the best tactical store in tennessee

The selection and the prices are way better than you would expect. Whatever you need you will find it here, and the price will be competitive with any other brick-and-mortar or online store. The staff actually know the items they have in stock too.

Got a lot of what you are looking for and if they dont have it they will order it for you. Mostly military items but they do have some Law Enforcement. Fast and friendly service with a knowledgeable staff that is ready to help.
