Love this place. My husband only wears Diamond Gusset Jeans and only purchases them from this store. We live about 45 minutes away so we dont get to visit the store regularly but it is so worth the drive. But today was different. We always have great customer service but today we were blessed to meet the young man Tae working there. He is a "Diamond among Gems". Has all of the qualities a seasoned salesperson has who works in the large department stores. He is knowledgeable and knows the inventory. But its better than that. He is respectful and very polite. He has a nice kind persona about him. Any mother would be proud to call this young man "son". And any employer I think would be grateful to have him as part of their staff. Thank you Tae. i live less than a mile from them . i pass by all the time..i work in nashville full time so id say at the least and i do mean least im out twice a day. i also have two kids 20 and 24 who are driving all around every day.. and we have talked about this every place..we all said and i quote ..I never see anyone shopping there..98 % of the time no more than one car.id say someone has to unlock the door so thats their car..How do they make their money to stay open. Is this also an online thing..then i would understand...anyone have an answer?posted a star because you had to in order to post. never stopped my self..

There are no other jeans that fit me like Diamond Gusset. Ive been buying them for about 10 years. Lately Ive purchased a few non DIamond Gusset jeans from various department stores, a couple were pretty expensive. They were a waste of my money and since DG now has dressy jeans I can wear with a sports coat, Im back for good. So if you are looking for mens jeans or know someone looking for ladies, its worth the drive to Dickson or order them online. Their staff is always willing to help to be sure I get the right fit and style Im looking for. By the way, they are made in America.

Excellent quality jeans that are made in the USA. I stopped in to try a pair of their newest khaki color jeans. I ended up buying two pair. These jeans are awesome and constructed very well with high quality material. I love that these jeans have a pocket on the thigh that fits a cell phone perfectly. If youre passing by, you must try these jeans. Many styles to choose from. Many many sizes available that you cant normally find in a store at the mall. A good place for big and tall men.

Bought a pair of womens defenders size 8 and she could just get them buckled so returned them at my cost and exchanged them for a size 10 and they were even smaller than the size 8 returned them at my cost and called them about the problem and was told there was nothing they could,so it cost me $26.00 to return both pairs and i dont have any product to show for it!!!! So much for buying AMERICAN will not do anymore business with them!!

A few weeks ago i bought a pair of jeans and you sent me the wrong style.the tags were taped on and the jeans were covered in pet hair. But i kept them and ordered the pair i originally wanted and again you sent me the wrong pair.i sent you 3 different emails for a paid return tag and you never replied,Im NOT paying to send these jeans back because of your mistake!!! Last pair i EVER buy. Beware this company

They have great product but terrible customer service. I bought couple of jean shorts and couple of denim jeans pants. More than week past by no communication no nothing about what is going on with my order. I had to call them 6 times to find out about my order. I live in Nashville, TN and they are at Bon Aqua, TN. I end up canceling my order and bought it from Duluth Trading Co. and they arrived today :)

I wish I could use two different ratings: The motorcycle jeans are fine. Had them for two years, fit well, comfortable, have not shrunk. I have maybe 10,000 miles on them in all sorts of weather. Five Stars. I then bought a pair of black gusseted jeans in the same size. They are higher waisted and oddly cut. I just cant get myself to wear them. They sit in my closet. One star.

I made the trip to the Bon Aqua store from Franklin TN, and my experience with staff was excellent. They assisted me with getting the proper size and fit. I ended up buying several different types of their jeans. Best fitting relaxed jeans Ive bought in years.

Best jeans on the planet, nothing even compares. If you are into names then these jeans arent for you, but if you are looking for the toughest jeans made in the USA then you have found them, I won about 4 pairs and there is nothing better....

These are the best jeans in the world! Bonus they are made in USA. I have worn these jeans for 3 plus years, love the carpenter style....extra pockets are perfect for cell phone. There motorcycle jeans are a must have for all riders.

Love the jeans true fit no vanity sizing and comfortable i have a set of defender armored jeans for riding and carpenter jeans for evryday. The staff was amazing and patient with me being picky worth the hour drive!
