AUTO ELECTRONIC SPECIALIST - Several of my family members and friends referred me to this store after all my bad experiences with four other electronic stores installing my stereo equipment in wrong. I entered the store to smiling faces, professionals who not only solved my car sterEo problems but took the time to explain what was wrong and what was needed to be done to resolve the problem. The store owner came in and told me exactally what needed to be done before taking the car back, after getting the car in to work on it he found more problems he fixed them without charging me extra, he and staff was really courteous and professional they made me feel really comfortable and after the car stereo was repaired they had one of their technicians to ride in the car with me to make sure everything was working correctly. Now this service at its best, please feel free to take the time out and visit this store it will be worth your time Kim Bailey

I was going to have Best Buy install a Viper remote start only on my 2005 Colorado. I paid $290 which was supposed to include installation, but was then told it was going to cost an extra $230 in parts and labor ($520 total). I returned this and took my car to these guys and they put in a better and more expensive Viper remote start system with an alarm, and since my truck only had manual locks I also had them install actuators so I now have remote locks also. I also had them go ahead and put 2 new speakers in my doors because my factory ones sounded terrible. I paid $530 for all of this when I was going to be paying $520 at Best Buy for a remote start only. The staff is very friendly and they did a good job on the installation. I did have one small issue with the way my alarm was working, but I brought it back to them and they fixed it quickly. I would definitely go back to them for anything I need in the future.

I had a horribe experience here. I purchased 2 supposedly "new" 12" subwoofers from this place. I then asked for them to install the subs in my vehicle. During the installation, the installer noticed that 1 of the subs were broken. I was then told that the sub would have to be sent off to the manufacturer to be replaced but I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. I argued for about 10 minutes with a guy named Mike that it doesnt make sense that I have to pay for shipping for a product I just bought in his store 45 minutes beforehand. I demanded a refund. He said its not his fault the sub was broken and then offered me 2 subs that were not of equal value. I said no, and threatened to call the cops. He THEN decides to give me my money back smh. Terrible place that I will never go back to. And they apparently sell used products and display them as new.

Come to this car audio place Friday to have my system tested some speakers werent working,paid 27 dollars and some changed to get it tested they come back and said your speakers are blown.that was music to my ears I would not have to replace my amps, there are 3 in my car and can be a trickey fix if your not experienced like me the hole reason I paid once a again to have this checked!!went and got speakers put them in and did not hit a lick so I called I had my recicpt and John the worker made me read his wall that read no recicpt no refunes.so I felt like they owned me my money are to fix the car so I called John he told me to come back so I did then they told me they would not refund me after I was not sacrificed with there services and tryed to have me pay additional Money to have it retested would not waste my money there!!!!

for all of you Nashville folks who like reviews heres one for ya i got my windows tinted here while i was on leave from the military during Christmas time and i did as there instructions said to not roll the windows down for 3 days and they werent but they said otherwise and even that during those three days i blew my head gasket so my jeep wasnt even driven during my leave and i did not return home until may the 5th and it just started peeling a week ago and after i told them i was going to wright my reviews they offered to fix it for free before they only wanted to charge me for the tint witch a refused because of there Horrible service and remarks they made wile i was there about the army DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE AND ALL THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE THERE EMPLOYEES

I am one of those people who will check reviews before going anywhere. I do consider bad reviews as much as good review. My experience with Mike and his team is over 5 stars. I am ignorant when it comes to cars, and I go to dealerships for quality ( and we all know how expensive dealers are!!!). My brothers and friends referred me to Mike and I am very satisfied with my new remote starter. Mike also fixed my backup camera and my sound system is to the point! If you need to negotiate the price and if you are concerned about anything just be open about it and he will do his best to win you as a customer. Very experienced team, nice and professional men, and VERY affordable prices.

Mike turned my 06 Tacoma into the meanest Tacoma around while keeping me from making dumb choices and thereby saving me money where possible. All my friends thought I bought a new truck. Some of the upgrades include: 4-in lift with all new suspension; new wheels and tires; riveted fender flare; new grill and lights; running bars, black letters and rear bumper; tinted windows; leather seats; new stereo and speakers; dual exhaust; super-chip; and cold-air intake, and more. The truck is simply gorgeous. Mike and his crew are as stand up as they get, hands down. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting the best custom work in all of middle TN.

Tbh if I could give zero stars I would. All I can say is that check all your car for ANY money left behind before you get there service. Today, I had 100 dollars in my car, I am 100% sure it was there. Well I got my car back and only had $50. I walked back in and talkies to the Manager or whatever. But obviously theyre not gonna say they took the money from you....I not the type to try and get money from people or whatever. I wasnt going to be upset or judge the shop. I just wanted my money back. But NO, Apparently I "missed placed it" Definitely not coming back to that place.

Took a brand new , week old 2016 accord to get Windows tinted, and they couldnt get it right. I had them fix the tint 3 times in one day as they kept trying to hand the car back to me telling me its finished only to find a hack job being done. After the third time I received my car back with cuts in the glass and scratches all over the car. Please read all there reviews as I didnt until it was too late. They are fraudsters and I believe either maliciously damaged my vehicle or there incompetency is so bad that they did major damage to a brand new vehicle. BETWARE
