I Stop at this Walmart always on my way to work. I do not live in this area. I leave early so I will not be late for work in case of any traffic backups. So today, I went into Walmart and went directly to the pharmacy counter. I wanted to purchase sudefed, which is only sold behind the counter. The pharmacist asked me what I needed it for. I said for dizziness. He said it does not work for dizziness. What other symptoms do you have? I told him that sudafed does work for my dizziness, when my right ear fills with fluid due to a head cold. I have used sudafed during the winter months for many years.I start to develop vertigo from the fluid build up in my ear, and sudfed works wonderfully. He then informed me that he could not sell me the sudafed because of my symptoms, and that I needed something else. I was very upset. Who does this pharmacist think he is to tell me if it will work or not work for my problem. And then refuse to sell it to me? I have dealt with this for over five years, and sudfed will clear up the liquid in my ear. He was such a immature, control freak. He is not my family Dr. He did not refuse to sell me the sudafed because he thought I might use it for meth, which is why it is behind the counter, and if we would of gotten to the point of sell-he would of ran my drivers license. It was because I told him it would work for my dizziness and he "believed it would not"?I look like Mary Poppins so he was not refusing to sell to me because of my appearance. He needs a major attitude adjustment, especially since he is the manager, His name is Tony. I am making a formal complaint with Walmart Headquarters and with Nashville Area Womens Right Agency, and seeking their advice. This will happen again with someone with Tony as manager as he has attitude problems, when it comes to being told his advice for a person is wrong.

Ive lessened my visits to ANY Walmart over the past few years. I tend to avoid them, but with Skyline hospital across the street, I wanted to bring something to my grandmother. I went to the Walmart searching for flowers and a vase. Seemed like a simple task. It was not. In the grocery produce section, theres a small stand next to one of the metal beams with about a dozen bouquets on display. Very small, but basically what I needed for my purpose so I picked one, but they didnt have the plastic bags to place the wet stems in, so I used a produce bag. Then searching for a vase, it took forever. I looked in home goods, party supplies, then gardening - where I finally asked for help. She instructed me to look in the craft supplies section in the back. I go back there and theres nothing. I ask another associate, who took my request more seriously and asked over their walkie talkie system. He told me it was in the garden area. OK! So back to the other corner of the store and it is definitely not there, nor the card section beside it, but on the other side of the cards, with the fake flowers. But throughout my extensive tour of the store I saw many associates cursing out loud to one another and yelling conversations across the aisles to each other. This was about 6pm on a weekday. Not that I have the biggest expectations for a Walmart in terms of professionalism, but it reminded me why I try to avoid them. Its not a pleasant atmosphere and not that great for quick trips with a specific thing in mind.

DO NOT GO TO THE TIRE SHOP!!!!! I was from out of town I had to go there because I knew I had a "slow air leak in one of my tires." I was told it would only take 1 hour to repair and that I would be paged to come back . Well , never got the page !! When I arrived they had not even pulled it in the bay to be fixed, 45 minutes later they finally started looking at it . I was immediately told that the tire had a large nail and a 1 inch gash in it. !! NOT !! I know Im a lady but please IM not stupid!! If it had a gash in it I would not have been able to even drive it there. They tried to sell me a $139.00 tire while in the process I called my husband to which he wanted me to buy a flat tire kit that he would fix it to bring it back to where we were at .. The look on they workers face was priceless that I was even buying the kit . When we arrived the next day back to our tire dealership in our hometown THEY FIXED MY TIRE TO WHICH IT DID HAVE A SCRAWNY OLD NAIL IN IT !!!! BEEN GOOD EVER SINCE. Walmart needs to get workers that know what they are doing especially this store.......

The shopping experience is fine, its the auto service thats terrible. I went in when it opened on a Saturday. I was behind three people so I knew there would be a wait. The cashier acted like she didnt care about her job. She put in the wrong phone number to bring up my account (didnt figure that out till later) so now there are two accounts with my name on it. The work order said that they finished the oil change at 9, but they didnt tell me that it was ready until 11. So I spent 4 hours waiting on an oil change. I was also charged for work I didnt authorize. They failed to do the lube service (vacuum, fluid top off, etc) promised in advertising. I was also the only one she tried to push a fuel injection cleaning even though she remarked the she had to ask everyone who gets work done there. The customer service is just plain bad. I have had too many bad experiences there. I am done going there for car service.

Ordered an item online for in-store pickup. No one was attending the counter. No one was called upon my arrival. Employees processing returns yelled for someone in the back room to help me. Unfortunately, there was no one in the back room. Someone arrived to help me after 15 minutes of waiting. Didnt say a word to me. She just looked in the back room for my item...which hadnt even been pulled yet. I walked away and found the item on the shelf myself. Brought it back to in-store pickup counter. Some kid showed up. Proceeded to look in the stock room for my item, even though it was confirmed it was not there in the first place. After 10 more minutes of this fiasco, he scanned the item I pulled myself and I turned and burned it out of there. This place is where souls go to die. I rather drive to a store in Canada then return here for anything.
