Delivery/Replacement/Refund Policy Written after they told me to check with neighbors. Amazon was no help. All they did was issue a refund. Just to be clear I am a 53yr old Disable ARMY Veteran. So before you send the lame excuse to check neighbors, I live in an APT COMPLEX. So I had my caregiver go to my mailbox & neighbors to make sure it was missing. I have to pay her when she come on a NON-SCHEDULE VISIT. I also was "SMART" enough to have her check with Leasing Office & Cabana where packages are also delivered. Apparently since the USPS tracking states it was delivered, you take their word as gosple. Since the USPS NEVER MAKES A MISTAKE You May Be the Only Company that has never had a missing delivery. Why would want to lie about A USED Video Game. I will be getting a refund from Amazon. So no concerns on your policy of no refund unable to issue a refund or ship a replacement is mute. I do mot know who you paid to write positive review All I can do is provide Amazon Feedback on Seller.

I ordered a copy of star Fox Zero, and it kept giving me an error code! I tried every technique there was and nothing works! Then I tried calling them and they say "go to amazon, logon, and click contact seller". I do everything that it tells me to do and TAKE A WILD GUESS WHAT HAPPENS!!! Point is, DO NOT order from this company! It is trying to play with your hard earned cash! Make sure you read reviews first before you buy any products from them! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! I am surprised that Amazon would do business with a company like this. After seeing other reviews, I am clearly not the only one who has experienced this! They sell "refurbished" items as NEW! Their customer service team is snarky, rude, and made it seem as though I was the one in error. Clearly, this is ass pattern for this company. I would strongly advise against buying anything from these people.

They do not honor their customers and sell defective merchandise. I purchased a Bluetooth headset from them and it starting giving me problems within a week. I contacted them and they told me to check my phone. The headset eventually quit completely and they refused to assist me in any way. They wouldnt even exchange the defective product. DO NOT BUY from them. They are a completely ripoff.

Ocean Reef Electronics do not care about their customers at all and send "refurbished" laptops out with non legit copies of Windows on them. When I confronted them via email to the situation I didnt even get an apology. Find another vendor the tiny savings you receive by purchasing from these assholes will just be spent elsewhere to fix the item you received or to return their crap to them.

TOTAL SCAM - Ordered a refurbished "EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2 80+ GOLD, 1300W Fully Modular NVIDIA SLI and Crossfire Ready 10 Year Warranty Power Supply 120-G2-1300-XR" the box was correct but the contents contained an "ENERMAX EPM1000EWT". How can you sell and box a product that contains something completely different. Stay away from this shady company.

Do not purchase anything from these people thry are also an Amazon that will rob you. I was taken for $120 just because i refuned an unopened tablet. These people are the worst kinds of crooks. They are definitely the devils in the fine print. "RESTOCK FEE - 20% Re-Stocking may apply on all Non-Defective conforming Returns and undeliverable packages."

Ordered a NEW Samsung Tab 3 Lite tablet and was sent a refurbished one. They wouldnt accept phone calls. As you can see from other reviews, this isnt a good place to do business with. Please read these reviews first. I made the mistake because I thought I was ordering from an approved Amazon supplier. Amazon needs to look into this.

This place has taken my sons money. He ordered guitar hero for Xbox 360. Had to send it back after only having it for a few weeks because it stopped working. Well here it is almost 3 weeks later and NO refund has been given. $32 dollars taken from a kid.
