Horrible service, very rude staff, no interest in costumers opinion or costumers concern. Lacking in overall knowledge of the sport. Just give them a call during their store hours and and be shocked at the obscene character of their support staff. Worst establishment in knoxville. Wouldnt be suprised if they were to shut down in the next couple months. Avoid at all cost.

Extremely rude and over priced. Immediately went to academy across the street and found a new set for $10 over what I offered for a piece of equipment that was in horrible condition that was intended for training. Total waste of time.
