Extremely upset. The first time i came in i WAS told to try them for 2 weeks.if they did not work to bring them back. I could exchange them or get a full refund. Took those back..got another pair which i wore for 2 days and got a huge blister.. So i got my husband to take them back because its an hour away and i didnt have time to drive up there. The guy tells him.. I can exchange or get store credit? NOT once was i told this. I dont want a store credit i want my money back likr i wad told the first time! I can not kerp driving exchanging shoes. Im done with this store. I will be calling the district manager. The manager is the one who sold me the first pair of shoes and never mentioned store credit!

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son on Friday was told they would be ordered Monday and would have to be shipped from their other store and would be here at the end of the week. It is now Friday and they are still in Macon mind you its only an hour away. I could have sent someone to Macon to pick them up if I had known that where they were. Now he wont have them by his meet tomorrow. Beyond mad.

By far the best running store that I have ever been to! They offer FREE iPad computerized & video gait analysis (they dont just watch you walk). They carry all the major brands like Nike, New Balance, Adidas, Brooks, Asics, Mizuno, Saucony, etc. They also carry "natural running" brands like Newton, Altra, Vibram Five Fingers. They even guarantee their prices against anyone, even online!

Run Fit had to order my shoes and it was only suppose to take 7 to 8 days. Well it has been 18 days and I finally ordered the same pair from Amazon. Of course they called today to tell me my shoes were in, and I had to charge them when I bought them, and now they tell me I cannot return them. Yes, I am a little upset, this was my third pair from Run Fit and will be my last.

Got a pair of Brooks. Was the best customer service I have ever had. The salesman stayed with me to try on 5 different pairs of shoes. Making sure I was completely happy with my purchase. One year later they are still the best wearing pair of shoes I own. (Even though they dont look new anymore)
