Actually pretty disappointed in this store.. Came in April to get female chicks at a decent price (which by the way the prices are very competitive) and got 5 chicks. A Black Australorp, a Buff Orpington, a Silver Laced Wyandotte, and 2 Light Brahmas. 3 out of the 5 chicks were not what I ordered.. They were all pullets (Thank God!) But instead of a Black Australorp, I got a Straight-Combed Silver Laced Wyandotte, and instead of getting 2 Light Brahmas, I got 2 Dark Brahmas. I think the the first error lies in training the employees. I believe the australorps and SLW were in the same bin, so they differentiated them by thier combs, but SLW dont always have rose combs.. As for the second error, Im not sure what happened. I just wish I got the birds I bought, not something CLOSE to the bird I bought.

Employee Luther was awesome to deal with. Was looking for 2 x an item and the Chelsea store only had one. He called down to the Adrian store and found they had one there, so we drove to Adrian. Luther was courteous, helpful and did everything he could to get me what I needed. The Adrian store experience was quite different, I am sad to say. That is for another review. Thank you Luther!

Was interested in buying a landscape rake for my tractor, so I had a few questions - salesman acted like I was bothering him, and also got lippy when I asked about the current sale prices. I dont need to be treated that way as a customer - I will take my business elsewhere
