Read quite a few bad reviews on this shop. While their gun selection is poor (I read they lost their license?) it turned out to be an excellent surplus store as well as a good place to grab ammo and odd-ball accessories. Im a history nut and there are treasures hidden in that place! I was almost out the door a few times but walked back in after spotting something else burried under newer uniforms. I ended up picking up some brand new current issue uniforms cheaper than Id ever seen them before. The young man working there was very helpful but didnt know where everything was burried. The older gentleman, the one I assume everyones complaining about, was interesting to talk to. I dont get to Dayton often but this will be one of my mandatory stops whenever I do make it that way.

honestly the worst gun shop in dayton probably the state, he sold me a box of beat up dinged and beat up bullets, looks like they have been in and out of a magazine a hundred times, I showed them to him and he said " your not getting your money back" I also had one of his employees point a loaded pistol in my face as a joke that the owner also thought was funny. The only reason I didnt call the cops was I was on my lunch break and had work to do. In hindsight I should have called them anyway.

Wildest stuff Ive ever seen in a gunshop. Had some old obsolete metric ammunition I had been looking for for years and knew EXACTLY what it was. Seems to have a lot of old historical military items and aviation items from Dayton including some WACO propellers, Japanese world war II fuel tank and a pilots license signed by one of the Wright brothers. Older guy was friendly and took time to talk. Looked for an hour and still kept finding crazy stuff. Going back next time I am in that area.

Very small store with messy interior and grouchy owner. Could not get any good answers from him, and most of the answers I got I knew he answered wrong anyway. I wouldnt come here unless you know exactly what you want, seeing how its just got a bunch of antique army surplus junk you can find at a nicer army surplus store.
