i have a pair of nice rubber coated dumbell weights,30lbs each that i bought brand new from Play it Again Sports. I went back to trade them for 25lbs dumbells, they siad they would buy back my weights for 18.00 and sell me the new 25lbs weights for full price...60.00. 60 minus 18 is 42. They were tryin to rip me off for 42 dollars, great business models guys. and if you want some help instore..dont worry they have atleast 4 to 5 18 yr old kids working...full of knowledge.......worest store experience ever with customer service. plain and simple" rip off "

Customer service was johnny-on-the-spot, knowledgeable, and was interested in the my needs. They had everything that I wanted and the prices were great. I would have spent twice as much for the same gear at any other large sporting good store...and as and as an added plus, the gear that I purchased was already broken in. I would recommend this location highly!

Went in to browse and maybe sell something. Found an item with my contact information. Instead of them calling me, they hold it hostage for an insulting 20%off. #soYouMeanToTellMe that its ok to "find/steal"someones stuff and sell it on the NON black market? And they condone this. Hogwash

Ive done business with this location many times. Theyre always fair and helpful. You gotta go into this with the right mindset though. They cant pay top dollar and you dont pay top dollar for your purchase. Win-win for both parties.

Quick service, walked in and greeted right away. Staff was able to help this mom with what my son needed for baseball without "overselling". Very nice and knowledgeable with pricing that can not be beat!!

The staff here is always friendly and asking if I need help. However the racquetball equipment seems worn and a little overpriced. Ended up finding much better racquets at academy sports at a lower price.
