This was my first time visiting Fleet Feet. I always had the impression that is was very over priced. I went in saying that I was going to try on and buy on line. I was greeted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable sales associate. I was looking for a HOKA One One shoe My feet were measured and he inquired about what was important to me. He was very concerned that my shoe fit appropriately and he explained some of the technology behind the shoes. I was very pleased with my experience. When I asked the price of the shoe, I was very surprised to find it was on sale and the same price that I could have purchased online. Service , quality and value! I am a customer!

I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. After the associate evaluated my feet and walk, I purchased a pair of tennis shoes. I wore them for a week and was having trouble with my feet hurting. I went back to see if there were any inserts that would help with the issues I was having. I was once again greeted very warmly. They reevaluated my feet and walk and found me a pair of tennis shoes that were perfect. They took their time helping me and making sure I was completely satisfied. My overall experience was far above any other shoe store I have ever been. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I was taken care of expertly, and was able to get the perfect fitting shoe for my feet. I was able to run around outside for a bit in order to try out each shoe, and I really like that. I also really appreciate that I could return my shoes if there were any problems with them (up to 60 days I think?). However, the people working were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect shoes, so I dont actually need to bring them back. It shows that this business is not about solely selling merchandise, but rather to help the customer get exactly what they need. Im a huge fan!

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. As a new runner, I often feel intimidated by other more experienced runners, and I felt very comfortable thanks to the people. Also, I tried six different pairs of shoes, and all were different brands. I like that the goal was to get the right shoe for me and not just from the same manufacturer.

The whole experience was very pleasurable and informative. The associate that assisted me is named John. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his genuine concern for what my needs were. I didnt feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Considering the attention to customer service and knowledge made the prices not seem so bad.

I appreciated the knowledge the salesman displayed and how he seemed genuinely to like his job and care about getting me the best product, instead of how much the sale would be. He examined my feet, watched me walk recommended a great shoe, insert and socks and while my pain is not totally gone, Id say its a 90% improvement. Thanks so much Fleet Feet!

If youre a runner, jogger or walker of any level its worth it to have good shoes for long term health and short term comfort. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable. Sure youll pay more that chain discount stores but the service and knowledge you pay for at this locally owned shop is well worth it.
