I had a great experience here! I am new to running, and the staff was so encouraging and helpful in finding me a shoe. I have a small foot (I wear a size 4 in children at age 25), so the selection for my size was limited. However, I still found a great first pair of running shoes. The wait to be fitted was long (35-40 minutes at least), but the staff was thorough and did not rush me even though there were other people waiting. I will be back here in the future!

I decided to get fit for a proper running shoe since I started getting knee pain. It seemed the staff wasnt listening to me and was just throwing shoes at me based on what they thought was best. I wanted to discuss transitioning to minimalist shoes but conventional running shoes were brought out over and over again. I ended up buying an over-priced pair of nikes that caused pain on both my knees, instead of just my left one. I will not be back.

Went on a Sunday, would have bought just what ever worked, had to wait 45 minutes to be acknowledged while the girl next to me got happy phenomenal service (she didnt buy anything by the way) finally waited on then made to feel inferior, gosh- I can get this at the big box stores- wont go back- easier to order and return online- most places have free shipping and return shipping- plus I can do it after hours on my schedule

Went in for a new set of road shoes. Alyssa waited on me. She was very helpful, did a fitting for me (which I hadnt had before), and set me up with some Hokas to replace my Altras. No one cared that I am a heavier runner, and werent pretentious when explaining things. Def shop here again.

A well knowledgable staff with a lot of patience. I tried on about 10 pair of shoes before finding the pair I liked. The lady that helped me was very courtesy and I also didnt feel rushed or pressured to buy shoes. I will definitely come back to buy my next pair of shoes.
