Would not take my gift card via phone, too lazy to punch in my numbers and pin. Clearly the transaction would have been denied if the 250$ were not on there. The cashier proceeded to tell me it would have to be physically turned in after purchas. Bogus!!! What if I had a balance left you think Im going to just hand it over?!?! First and last time I use a Burlington CF!!

Dont use their layaway program... youll get ripped off. We tried to get one coat out of the layaway and they wouldnt let us, wanted to charge a bunch of cancelation fees to get one out and leave one in. Then we were going to put the other one back on layaway and then they tried to charge us even more than if we just paid for both coats...

I honestly expected more out of a store that has such a big name attached to it. Its a very average place filled with very average clothes. You might find something that you like, but it certainly isnt some spectacular store and it isnt much different from any of the other large clothing chains like Cato or Ross.

Worst Burlington Coat Factory I have been in. I have shopped this store for decades in a number of states and never have I seen a BCF with such low inventory. For example, I wanted to get a new suit recently and they only had two, both the same ugly style, in my size.

Just spent over an hour in the store to check out and be told they are ONLY ACCEPTING CASH! No checks, cash only. Me and the others all had to leave empty handed. They really shouldve announced it. I wouldve went and got cash. Off to Target now.

Inventory was lowest Ive seen but that wasnt the worst thing about this store. The Ladies restroom was deplorable! So nasty!! It looked and smelled like it hadnt been cleaned in years!!

The best deals around. Name brands at great prices. This store has improved in the past year. It is organized and shoppable. Especially the mens and womens departments. Try it out!

We went to get a coat for a ski trip.. to our surprise hardly any selections of womens coats.. no selections of little boys coats! Burlington coat factory had no coats! :-(
