I went back to Sears tools dept with intention to buy a Shop-Vac, I was greeted by a sales man, grey hair and grey mustache, today at 3:30 pm. When I ask this salesperson to demonstrate the Ultraquiet vac, he seemed displeased, as he tried to connect to electricity and could not, his response was" this is not gonnna happen" and proceeded to put the vac away and dismissed me. This is not a way to treat your customers, and may be also the reason the tools department is always quite empty, with sales people like that who wants to shop at Sears.? I did not bother to get his name because I am cancelling my acct. with Sears and certainly will not shop at that store again.

Terrance Mason Bed Department, Gulf-view Square Mall, Port Richey Florida. Outstanding costumer service! I recently had back surgery. A new bed was a most. We went to sears and met Terrance. He was more than helpful. He didnt try to push the sale, he just showed me his inventory and educated me on the bed that would be best for my situation. If you live close to the south/West area of Port Richey Florida and are thinking of buying a new bed. I highly suggest you stop by Sear and see Terrance. Not only will you get great costumer service, you may even gain a new friend. Thanks Terrance for a great shopping experience.

I just moved to NPR and bought a new Lawn Mower from this sears. When I arrived to pick it up they just gave me the lawn mower and no paperwork. I had to argue that a manual should come with it as the fridge I just bought from a different Sears. They did print me out one after I called the sears 800 # from the store. Waste of 2 hours from my day. Then I found later from reading the manual that more equipment comes with it to clean the lawn mower. Sears does not seem to want to help me get the parts that were to come with the lawn mower. I would highly recommend Lowes if you have to buy a riding lawn mower.

Bought refrigerator was scheduled for delivery between 1030 and 1230..took day off work to wait for delivery, they never even knocked on door, they claim they banged on door for 12 minutes and dog was barking but nobody answered, we dont have a barking dog and the house is so small you can hear a leave hit the door so to lie and say we knocked for 12 minutes is absurd, they claim they cant deliver today but will reschedule..no thanks..we are cutting our sears card in half and throwing in trash, they cost us money by lying and not delivering on scheduled day

Terrible terrible terrible store manager Todd is gotta be the absolute worst manager ever! I bought a brand new dishwasher the guy loaded it on the truck and damaged it and hes going to send somebody to repair it he wont replace it when I call customer service they say no I shouldnt have to but it falls back into the manager of the stores hands and he wont do anything run run run theres a reason this is in a run-down mall with a manager named Todd..extremely poor customer service !!!

Not the best. I bought tools from them and they just seem to swing them around. Please take extra care of my tools! Service isnt great. They seem like they dont want to be there. They always seem suspicious, (Ive never shoplifted in my life!) and they are hard to get a hold of. Considering the next Sears is a million miles away, this will have to do, but remember, There are better Sears out there!!!

Terrible. I bought a pair of sneakers and then a gas grill. And a coupon printed out for 30 percent off so I went to return them and get my discount and a salesman named Matt refused to help me very agumentative, even though the lady in jewelry told him to give me the discount, he still refused. Glen and Oinaisse (sp?) were EXTREMELY HELPFUL in finding the absolute LAST spacer heaters in stock! If it wasnt for them, I wouldnt have known about 4 others they had in stock. Needed for my tenants and they saved the day! Carried to my car, were funny and kind and efficient - they definitely changed my thoughts about my previous experience in other Sears stores!

make sure you have your mud flaps still! And if you go, make sure they change out the rims for the new tires and dont take your extra tire too! Check immediately to be sure!!! Thieves and crooks in West Pasco, not sure why, perhaps the employment problem or the water quality?!

If you want to purchase a mattress I definitely recommend going to Sears. TJ was a great salesman, no pressure at all and had great advice and reminded us of things to consider when purchasing a mattress. The financing incentives are very good.

Slow and nobody to help. Just stopped in for Levis which size wasnt in stock so got 1 size larger. Stood in line to long as clerk had Problem taking a credit card payment till she finally called someone to help her.

Worst! Watch repair is bogus. They had my TAG watch 5 months. Because date didnt change. It still doesnt work. Date changes at 6pm. $140 down the drain.
