BAD STAFF AND MANAGEMENT!! I had to use the restroom really bad so I rushed in and used it to find no toilet paper so I called my mom to bring me some she came and none of the stalls had any toilet paper so she went up to ask for toilet paper and the managers there told my mother "find whatever you can and wipe yourself" in a rude manner ... she was so rude my mother was unbelievable upset (keep in mind throughout all this I was still in the restroom with no toilet paper) the cops had to come and kinda force them to give me toilet paper .... very rude and disrespectful. I am shocked on how the Manager can be rude to a customer like that. Unbelievable.

Such horrible customer service! Their credit card machines were down so they couldnt run our purchase. They told us they would hold our items until noon the following day to give THEIR system time to come back up. When we got there the next day 10 min after they opened they had already put our things away! The same employees were working and not one of them even offered to assist us with trying to find our items. A very horrible experience due to the incompetence of their staff. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I love shopping there because of the prices. I know that I can go in there and find something at a very surprising discount. The store is not always well kept. But Im not there for organization. I am looking to save dollars. The quality items arent bad either. I took my sister in law there when she visited us. She got hooked. There wasnt a Ross where she lived in S. Carolina until now. She says, she goes there every chance she gets.

while returning an article of clothing, store manager (Matt) was very annoyed. he seemed to jerk the clothing out of my hand. took a look at it then throw it back on th counter and said nope it has a stain (it did have a small stain) there was no reason to be rude. whatever happened to just being nice to the people we pay your paychecks. I will go somewhere else

I called to ask about shoes and the lady acted like it was killing her to answer me bad customer service I hate to shope at places that the workers thinks they better then you thats how I flet in the store and on the phone and it smells really bad only thing good about that store is the shoe prices if u dont mind wearing lasts years styles

Bought Cologne as a gift for a friend, never opened it, went to return it because they didnt want it and the lady at the register said theyre the only store not to return Cologne and that the manager wont let the employees take those returns. Bad staff, poor management. The place is a mess, and the lines are unbelievably long.

Nothing bad on ross itself but the service sucks. Machines are down alot so bring cash. Dont put your things on hold because its a waste of time. You will never get the right stuff back if any. Sloppy services for sure.
