I had an old mountain bike that got set it next to the dryer vent in the carport. It stayed there for several years. Needless to say it was covered with lint and the moisture had rusted the components. The bike was only worth a couple of hundred dollars but still it was, or once was a decent bike. The guys there said they would see what they could do. I picked it up last week and, well is is perfect. Almost like brand new! Everything works and it rides like a dream. I suspect that it is much better than when it was when new. They finished it a day earlier than promised and really didnt charge as much as they could have or should have. They just told me they wanted to see me riding again. When my 21 year old came by the house he begged me to give it to him and took it back to his apartment. Because of skill, customer friendly practices and quick turnaround, I am going to buy a new bike from them and put a lock on it at my house. LOL. This is a business to frequent. They also have weekly rides and are involved with the community. I highly recommend this bike shop for all your riding needs.

This is the best bike shop in Nashville and quite possibly the state of TN. They really mean what they say when they advertise free tune ups. They are honest and truly passionate about you enjoying your biking experience in Nashville. Just this weekend I was on my way to bike the Natchez Trace and they fit me into their busy schedule to make sure that my bike was tuned. When I asked if I should be upgrading my groupset, they told me that I need to use up my current groupset beforeI buy a new one and hence hindered themselves from a possible 380 USD sale. Never met people like them in my life. They are true cycle lovers and they protect and take care of their customers. I will always come to them.

I took my bike in because I dropped my bike and knocked the rear derailleur out of tune. When I stopped in, Ryan promptly took a look at my bike and fixed the derailleur issue in no time and also diagnosed why my bike has never shifted smoothly. He discovered that a previous shop had installed my chain backwards which therefore accelerated the wear and tear of my chain and rear cog. Instead of getting greedy, Ryan explained that I should probably go back to the shop that did the poor work and get them to make it right with me. Overall, Ride615 is the up and coming premiere bike shop in the Nashville area because Ryan is all about treating people fairly and providing great service to customers.

This shop is great! I had my bicycle tuned up in a matter of hours and everything works and looks great. Service was top notch and i felt like a "regular" on my first visit, i will definitely return soon. Its a great place to hang out, and is set up to do so! The owners are a couple of young guys who have a super passionate view of the sport and decided to enable it through their own shop. You can immediately see this passion upon first entering their location, which they informed me had only been acquired a couple weeks ago! I wish them the best of luck and hope everyone has a good of experience as i did, which im sure everyone will.

Ride615 is simply the best bike store in the area. As someone with substantial experience working on bikes, I can tell you that these people know what theyre doing. Their salespeople are approachable, low pressure, and very helpful. The mechanics are thorough and thoughtful, meaning youre going to get serious value on repairs. On top of it all, the store as a whole is incredibly friendly and passionate about cycling and reaching out to the community with rides and support. If you want a real cycling experience with honest staff and without the snobbery, give Ride615 a chance and you wont be disappointed.

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years now and wouldnt dream of having any other bike shop take care of me. Ryan and Jonathan are the most consistent people you will meet or have work on your bike and both are extremely knowledgable and friendly. In addition they are cued into the racing scene, provide regular road and mountain bike training rides, and assist the community in multiple aspects. Truly a great shop with an easy-going atmosphere and low pressure sales. I recommend them to all my cycling counterparts, regardless of proximity as I believe they are the absolute best.

Very good shop. Bought a Raleigh Cadent FT1 from them and some gear I needed. Raleighs are quality bikes and you get more for your money at the different price points then you do with Trek, specialized etc. They took the time with me to get what I needed to make the bike fit for me and make it comfortable. The owners are knowledgeable, friendly, and have alot of events going on for bikers. They also give you 1 full year of free tune-ups on a bike you buy from them. Im very picky with who I do business with and I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone.

I was so happy to find a better bike shop in the Hermitage area. After years of good service at the Jolly Cyclist and Bike Pedlar, there was something missing from my yearly tune ups. Ive found it at Ride 615. Ride 615s personal approach and ultra friendly atmosphere hits the spot, and no other bike shop will receive my business, period. Both my GT and Trek are being wrenched up right now, and I wouldnt have any other bike shop make the major repairs on my rides that I just dont have the time to do on my own. Ride 615 is top notch, doubly so.

Ride 615 is a great bike shop. It has a very relaxed/hommy feel inside. The employees are welcoming and informative on all products. I got a Professional bike fit for the first time ever the other day.. It was amazing! Im finally comfortable on the bike. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable during the process. I followed his recommendations and the new parts were reasonably priced. If you ride or want to get into cycling you need to check this store out.

These guys at Ride 615 got to be some of the coolest guys in Nashville. I dropped in on them spur of the moment needing my bike wrenched on in a hurry..(I was heading to Moab, Utah that day!).... Ryan dropped what he was doing and had me ready to hit the road in less then an hour. I couldnt believe it.... Especially for the price.. These guys hooked me up and had me ready to hit the Slickrock trail!!! I will always be loyal to my Ride 615 friends!!! Thanks guys!!!

I hadnt bought a bike a years, so I wasnt sure what I was looking for. The sales guy took time with me and explained the differences and got me set up on the exact bike I had always wanted. Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for, so far Im impressed with what I paid for. Recommend stopping in here if you have even been thinking about getting a bike.

Ryan, Jonathan and the guys at Ride615 are AWESOME!!!! I just had them install an Ultegra crankset with bottom bracket adaptors and new handlebar gel wrap. All the work was of the highest quality and prices were more than reasonable. They are the best bike shop I have been to since moving to Nashville. Thanks guys!!!!
