My 80+ year old in-laws bought 2 Ashley power recliners. There were problems within 6 months. He made 3 trips to the store, along with a dozen phone calls. They said to get ahold of the manufacturer, which he did, who said to get ahold of the dealer, which he did. The dealer will not return his phone calls. And will not fix his poorly made chairs. The back of my mother in laws chair broke through the structure of the chair. The material cracked and split on his arm rest and head within 6 months. I cant believe this is how they treat their customers. Especially 80+ year olds.
