SHOCKING: We have shopped here before where we have spent a ton of money. After nearly committing to a $1500 dollar purchase, my wife was asked personal questions by the employees who then insinuated that she was employed as a stripper (completely false). I find it remarkable that my wife, who is a Soldier and a Veteran, was judged like this, and publically insulted. This was uncalled for, completely unsolicited, and unprofessional. After asking who the owner was, they pointed to one of the women who was involved in the conversation, who then mustered a lackadaisical apology. Apparently the only thing they like less than manners is money, as it meant more to insult my wife than to finish a sale to loyal customers. This business is going to cave in like their roof/floor that hasnt been fixed for months, especially if they continue to stereotype women; its apparent now why their show room was so empty today. Remember, if you go in here, theyll smile at you at the door, but theyre talking about you, judging you, and insulting you while youre looking to support their business. Will publically recommend against Embassy in the future to anyone. NEVER had such a poor experience as a customer in ANY venue.

DO NOT BUY HERE! They flat out lied to me in the showroom, then they delivered a damaged bed and when I called to discuss the owner told me "He didnt have time to deal with people like me!" Seriously, the worst place to do business in ALL of Clarksville. AND they are the only furniture store that charges delivery to the military. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Oh, and I forgot to mention the MOLD & WATER damage in their showroom. DISGUSTING!
