It was nearly impossible to set up a delivery date. I paid for a new bed set and they delivered the floor model which had a damaged drawer. The supports on the bed broke three days after they set up the bed frame. Three days. They did send out the same team to repair it within a week. The repair guys accused me of damaging the bed and breaking the supports ( I weigh 180lbs, my wife weighs 120lbs and again we slept on it for three days.) I spoke to the manager "Bill" who stated that he does not THINK that it is a floor model because they USUALLY tell the customer if it is but proceeded to refuse to look into it, stating that even if it was a floor model they dont let customers jump on the beds so it is still "pretty much new, anyway." "Bill" then also accused me of damaging the bed stating that I must have "moved it." "Bill" then said, even though they "did nothing wrong." He will give me a rug if it will make me happy. No, I do not want your shoddy rug, I want the NEW bedroom set that I ordered and paid for. Do not bother spending a penny of your money in this dump.

I Loved The Customer Service...Joe (sales person) assisted me w/o Breathing Down my back like most sales personal. I was able to take my time w/o feeling rushed nor pressured. Ended up getting 2 beautiful beds. A King & Twin at Very Reasonable Price. Joe assisted me Very Well in GETTING WHAT I WANTED AT A REASONABLE PRICE. 1st visit....Nice Furniture/Reasonable Price. Will Return ♡♡
