I bought a king size bed/mattress from this store in late March 2016 for $800 and it broke in mid July 2016. When I called the store to inquire about repair/replacement, I was given the run around for 2 days. I was told the manufacturer (Coaster) would not replace the bed. Im telling the lady "its only been 4 months. What kind of company wont stand behind their furniture after 120 days?!?" I was given excuses: maybe I was too big. Im 60 250LBS and have been this weight since I played football in high school. Have owned several beds and NONE of them broke like this. It was simply shoddy workmanship. So she says, she "feels bad" and will replace my bed so long as I share the cost with her. The cost being another $150 out of my pocket. This was simply extortion. I agreed to pay the money because sleeping on a couch wasnt working out at all. So, the delivery guys (who were pretty cool) arrive with the "new" bed the next afternoon. They were instructed to set up my new bed but never were told ot break down the old one. So Im heated and we call the store. Mason, the manager, instructs them to remove the old bed providing I give them the money first before they begin anything. I gave them the money and they replaced the bed......with another Coaster bed. This place is a rip off. Get your warranty in writing if you dare to but any costly item from these people. Keep your receipt and pay for everything by credit card so you can dispute it later if they try to pull this on you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

One of the worst furniture stores. Do not buy anything from here. Furniture do not last pass six months. Customer service sucks. If your looking for furniture go elsewhere. Tried them out twice already.... Yousef Hanan, nice of you to write a couple of reviews about your own business, hes actually a nice guy but will never shop there again

This is the best Furniture store in the Area. Nice people, easy to deal with..Love them. Of course you got what you pay for..they were honest to tell me about that..got the best Furniture..very good price...

This is the worst furniture store in the world, the men are very rude and unprofessional , and the furniture is cheap and not put together well, find another store for your own good !!
