Bought about $5000 on furniture. The staff were wonderful. While the delivery guys were assembling the table they broke one of the sides of the draw. I was told they will speak to the warehouse and schedule a day when they would come replace the drawer. They never called. Everytime I call I am being told that they need to contact the warehouse because they dont know and they will call me back, which never happens. Is like they are avoiding me. What I dont understand is why when you buy the furniture they can give a good guesstimate of when th furniture is coming but when they damage it they cant say when that part is coming. The furniture and prices were good, but this deceptive behavior makes me wonder. They just want to take your money and scam you. I spent $5000 and they cant come fix my coffee table that I paid $400 for. Taking advantage of customers and taking their money. Delivering defective products and not as advertised is a direct violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act. Do not come to this story because after they give you a product that you are paying full price as new if its given to you defective they will just ignore you to avoid replacing it.

The prices were decent. Bought everything and had it within a few days minus one side table which the delivery guys said was damaged in shipment and that they would bring it to me within a few days. Well a week went by didnt hear anything. So I called they said the next week. Then again. Next week. Okay. Fine. But what I didnt like was that the dresser, chest and side table I did receive had alot of scratches, discoloration of the stain and what looked like it was splashed with something that removed the stain. I finally got the call saying my other side table was in. And I had to pick it up unless I paid for another delivery charge. Okay. Fine. So I go there and they tell me I have to pick it up at the warehouse. Get to the warehouse. I had to load everything myself. Got home took everything out of the box and assembled the legs just to find that they dont fit properly and rock back and forth. And the whole side isnt even stained under the lip. The salesmen was nice. And the process of purchase was done quickly. And I realize none of the complaints I have are with this company in general as it was Ashley Furniture who supplied the furniture to them.

The staff was amazing. The product was terrible!!!! I work a lot from my sofa. There is NO comfortable position. You feel wood from everywhere, the arms, the sections for cups and even the sections within the stuffing on the ares. I have only had the sectional for 3 months. The seats are starting to sag. I have never purchased any furniture with less quality!! I am very disappointedly I will be paying for this substandard product for another 18 months. On the bright side I have discovered what to look for the next time I get a sofa. Making sure I cant feel the wood is my top priority!!! This sofa is the WORST EVER!! Be wary check all corners and arms if you can feel wood run. Good luck!

I bought a youth bedroom set and mattress set a few days ago. I chose not to have it delivered because I wanted to assemble it myself thinking that it would be very easy...I was so wrong!!! So after a day and a half of attempting to assemble it, I finally broke down and called them for help. Not only did they send someone out to help me but they did it at no cost to me. So thanks to them, my little minion is enjoying her bedroom set and she loves the comfort of her mattress. You cannot beat the quality as well as the prices of their furniture. I definitely recommend them!!!

I went to this store today and was treated very poorly by a salesman. Since I just started shopping, and I have an odd shaped living room, I have to be very particular about measurements. I had my notepad with me and was writing down the price and measurements. A saleman came over to me and ACCUSED ME being from another furniture store and "spying on" them. I showed the salesman a drawing of my room, told him my reasoning and he STILL said I was there to spy on their prices. He then walked away and said "Ill be watching you." DO NOT shop here!!

I purchased a sectional two weeks ago. I absolutely hate it. The cushions sink in, it slides apart all the time! Its awful. I called today to ask if there was anything I could do because I spent a lot of money on this sectional. They told me no that I pretty much had to deal with it! I will never spend my money there again. There quality is horrible!

After going to nearly 8 or so furniture stores we ended up coming here. We have purchased multiple items here before. They had what we needed/wanted, were very patient, not pushy, and answered all of our questions. We dealt with LeSia and she was professional and allowed us to make the decisions. Will probably come here first in the future.

Amazing experience. The staff is wonderful. I got all my furniture in a timely matter and its great quality. Im so glad I chose to get my furniture from this store. They also have great prices!!! Ask for Colleen she is really knowledgeable and knows how to decorate and help you find exactly what you need :)
