Publix is my favorite place to go to everyday for greocery & it used to have great customer service. First time I felt publix did not exceeded my expectations as its usually does . There was an African cashier lady with a puffy hair just was saying hi, talk and thank people sharing same race with her and when it got to check me out she didnt even say hi, put my greocery bags on the cart, I had to do it myself, at the end she handed receipt to me with out saying thank you not friendly at all. I was still on the line puting my pags on cart, she started a conversation with an african American woman & turned to different person (very friendly). What kind of customer service is this? Customer service like this doesnt need to me at Publix.

This is probably the best grocery store in the area, but they have substantial inventory control problems in the soda aisle. They are almost always out of some products (Dr. Pepper 10, Cherry Coke Zero, Pepsi Max) while having 5 or 6 full rows of similar products (diet Dr. Pepper) on the shelf. Unlike Kroger, they do tend to keep their aisle fairly free from obstructions, though we have noticed a slight increase in the amount of high-margin displays blocking some aisles of late. Overall, we will continue to shop here but arent completely satisfied because we frequently have to make a trip elsewhere as well to buy the products they cant seem to keep in stock.

Todays visit to the deli was a little disappointing. The deli manager stood by the vegetables and did not approach me to ask me if I needed help with anything (I was standing in front of the sandwich counter for nearly 5 minutes). Another gentlemen went up to grab some soup and sure enough he jetted to the counter to assist him! The employee who made my sub was not friendly and looked like she was not happy to be at work. I am a regular shopper here at this location and I have not had a problem with other employees but I will not go back to this deli!

Everyone that I encounter at Publix is so very pleasant in their greetings, even as I walk down the isles. If I want to pick something up at the store, Publix is the place to go. Even if I dont need anything and Im feeling a little blue, I can go to Publix where the happy people are. And a smile appears on my face, where it was gone before I got to Publix. Thank you Publix.

They are the only store I have found that still provide a very good selection of the "Simply" chips, as well as other items most of the other stores either provide less of or have discontinued providing. All their stores are always clean, comfortable to shop in and their employees are always courteous and most eager to assist you in any way. Kudos, Publix!!!

Great Fruit! Great Seafood, Love the Salmon Patties & Stuffed Pin/Wheel Salmon.& Crab!!! Love Joe the old man who serves you! The kid is a little Snarky & Snappy and Vague, but you expect that from a young punk. (LOL) Only 1 downside I have is they close at 22:00 or 10:00pm. I guess I just hate crowds.

I love this Publix and will never shop at Wal-Mart ever again, especially not the one in this area. Best meat and look out for the buy one get one free deals that rotate weekly. Its the best way of saving money. I love the helpful staff they see usually see me every day since I live across the street

Its always a pleasure to shop at this location. I shop here weekly. Clean market, fresh produce & meat selection. The staff is always superb -- helpful and friendly. The young man, Jordan does an excellent job- hes very personable, chatting or asking what Im making for dinner. Good job!

Update/edit: Service has improved here, and this place has become my favorite grocery store in this area. The prices are a bit high sometimes, and almost double competing stores on the produce, but its always good quality and there is a better selection than their competitors.

I would give the a 5 but the guy in the meat dept. Was a really jerk he was acting like he could careless, I had any questions and he act like I was getting on his nerves. I understand this from Walmart but I pay extra to shop at Publix to avoid this.

Im always treated with respect .They go out of their way to help you. I injured my knee this year. Always had help with my groceries to the car. Interesting selection of food. I can go on and on. They are top in my books

Shopping at Publix is always a delight. Its well lit, clean smelling and well stocked. The employee are friendly and will take you to a product if you are having trouble finding something.

It is such a better atmosphere at Publix than Kroger. The people are 100 percent more attentive and friendly. Yes you pay more but for me it is worth it.

Very clean, all associates are helpful and very professional. Publix has the best fried chicken, fresh and hot! Better than KFC, Kroger, and Walmart.

They have a huge problem with having outdated items in shelves, charging wrong prices on sale items and never want to give rain checks for sale items!
