Bought furnitures from this store 6 months ago..swivel, sectional, mattress set, and 7 pc bedroom set w/ cheap ass mattress. Spent overall $1800.00 which isnt a bad deal...the husband hesitated a bit so the manager Mike decided to knock down $300.00. Paid cash up front $1500.00 and had to wait 6 wks for sectional. When 6 wks went by sectional wasnt ready so they told me another wk and just to give me a courtesy call if it wasnt in. Im not much of a bugger but it had been over 2 wks with no courtesy call so I decided to call them and spoke with Gunner. He told me that it was going to be here by the end of the week. Long story short they delivered my furniture in 2 1/2 months and the mirror to the bedroom set got broken as they were delivering it so I had to settle for a different color because it was going to take another six weeks to order...the sectional was torn when deliver and it was a floor model. The bedroom set was delivered without the cheap ass mattress, there was no bed rails delivered also. All these things got delivered in a Ford Expedition too (no wonder why). Spoke with Gunner about missing pieces and said will take care of it then at the end said had nothing to do with it. Spoke with Mike the warehouse manager about it also he try to tell me that I was not getting the cheap ass mattress because I did a upgrade.. when you took my money and decided to give me that discount because your money hungry and needed my business at the end your gonna try to tell me I did a upgrade without my knowledge when I paid full price for another set of mattress. To this day these people still give me the run around and they havent taken care of anything. My bed is still sitting on the floor today and when asked about the bed rails to be delivered they told me to pick it up...look now do you think if I had truck in the first place to pick these up I would pay you for delivery!!!! When I pay the delivery fee, everything should be delivered. Overall if I can rate this place with a corner of a star I would...they are lucky they get one star at least. I guess you choose your victims who you want to be a a** too.

If we could give this place 0 stars we would. Most people gave it 4 or 5 stars, but thats probably because they were able to get in, pay, and take the stuff right then. We purchased a sectional, end tables, recliner, and an ottoman. They said they had to get some of the items in which was fine. They told us that the items would be in on the following week and we could pick it up then. We said we would pick up on Saturday which was fine for them. The following Friday we called to see if we could pick up some of the smaller items that they already had in to make the main move easier. They said yes and that everything was already in so we went over. When we got there they said that none of the stuff was there. After a lot of back and forth we said that they need to get the stuff in tomorrow or we want our money back. They said ok we will get it in and we will also give you a call in an hour to confirm because its in Greenville SC. The night ended and never recieved a call. We went back the next day (Saturday) and they said "Yes sir all of it is here". Then he (Gunnar Kless-Manager) got on his computer and proceeded to say "Oh, that stuff is coming in from Augusta GA". We said nope we want our money back. After him arguing with us and giving 20 excuses he gave a refund on our card. Then we realized he tried to rip us off $30. The total we were supposed to get back was $1588.20, but gave us back $1558.20. We went back and he got us the rest back.

Horrible experience. Worst customer service ever. I PAID CASH FOR A COUCH ON MAY 27TH! WAS PROMISED IT IN FOUR WEEKS! Have got the run around for the last two weeks from Gunter, Jared and now the big manager Randy. Its six weeks later and still havent even placed the order fir my couch. And are now telling me it takes two weeks to get a refund!! It took two seconds for them to take my money! I would never recommend this place to any one. They do not follow through with the lies that they promise!

Kevin showed me which furniture I would have the best deal on which was a big help. Prices are low and furniture is great! Definitely come to American Freight Furniture and matresses!!!

This place is amazing. I heard about this place from a friend, she said she had a great experience there. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Kevin, one of the salesperson there helped tremendously! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend everyone go see Kevin, he really help me out a lot! I will definitely go back!
