We called to order Mothers Day flowers on Saturday morning....which I assumed was a normal request. We requested an arrangement with hydrangeas which they had but suggested a spring mix(which supposedly included irises, roses, lillies) They said "you shouldnt be picky when ordering late" and that the hydrangeas were too big. They were rude, short, and condescending. OK .... so the spring mix it is. For $42 which included one rose, one iris, no lillies and a LOT of greenery, we easily could have purchased potted plants or gone to BI-LO. At least at BILO, they would be friendly and gotten what we wanted. If youre going to be rude, at least make a decent product. These are embarrassing.

Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday last week. Told the very nice lady on the phone to keep it in a certain price point and to go crazy with flowers of all kinds...ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! Its been five days and they look even prettier than they did the first day we received. If youre wanting outstanding customer service (punctual delivery as well) and the best flowers money can buy, this is the place. Great job guys. Youve got a local customer for life!
