Today was a good day at Bilo... got everything I needed. The staff was helpful and smiling, but... Yesterday when I went, the lady at the service desk was sitting down and didnt even acknowledge me when I walked up although she looked right at me. I stood there for about 3 minutes before she came to wait on me. She never smiled, never thanked me, and just walked off after I was done and went and sat back down. I think her name was Roz or something. She was an older black lady. I cane back in after I got to the car because I meant to buy a lottery ticket and the same thing happened agsin. She saw me standing there and waited about 4 minutes before she got up to help me. I was glad she wasnt there today when I went. All the rest of the staff were very nice people.

Horrid customer service. Went in to inquire about the western union services as their is a huge 6 foot wide sign in the parking lot advertising the service. Asked the rather large headed black lady in customer service about sending some money. She said " We dont do western union no mo". I told her about the sign out front and she said " dare aint no sing out dare. She then proceeded to the outside front of the store and pointed a sign where there was indeed no western union advertisement on it. Tried to make me feel stupid. Then I told her about the 6 foot sign in the parking lot. She became very rude. "We just dont do that no mo" That is their customer service.

This store is very dirty and over priced. I had a run in with the Store Manager Jason Jackson and he was extremely rude and acted like my business was not appreciated or needed. I have been a Bilo customer for sometime, never again will I step foot into another Bi-Lo again. Better off going to Food Lion or Wal Mart

I am a meat man from years gone bye, looks like the meat case is ready for those coming off the beach with an apitite, Pork ribs for sure and plenty of other selection as well. They offered me a job, but after 30+ year in the business, I decline. But go get your meat on, good selection.

Great deli selection and quality food and non-food items too. You need a club card to get their deals, but I shopped here 80% of the time due to the friendly staff and location couldnt be better. Easy in and out thanks to a traffic light at the Melody Lane intersection.

Really really good sales this week at Bi-Lo they didnt have a couple of the items in stock but for the most part everything was there. Was a quick easy in and out and saved almost $98 on this visit pretty awesome!
