****After posting the review below, I was IMMEDIATELY contacted by another MANAGER named Christina who was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!!! She is making my mother a chocolate covered fruit box, new numbers to replace the broken ones (Chocolate covered) and the balloon as promised.......not only that, she is going to DELIVER it herself!!!! Now this is what I call customer service!!! Thank you so much Christina for being so helpful!!!***** I ordered an arrangement from this location for my mothers birthday. At the time, they were doing a promotion if you spent $65 you would receive a free birthday balloon and two free number (Ex. 53). My mother picked up the arrangement not knowing what all was included.....she sent me the picture and needless to say I was HIGHLY disappointed!!! The "Cupcake" pineapples looked like a child made them, the "53" numbers were broken and they didnt include the balloon. When I found all of this out the store was closed. I called the following morning and spoke the "manager" Matt, I explained my situation and told me "She can come pick up her balloon". Why should she be inconvenienced for their mistakes??? What about the quality of the work and the broken numbers?? He said we cant make a delivery for just a balloon.......to me, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE would of been to deliver a balloon and new numbers, but I guess thats just how I run my business. I hate paying for something I could do myself, but me and mother are 600 miles about. She was still happy for the thought, but I feel like they ruined my gift with false advertisement, bad quality work and horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I placed an order online 8/23/17 and had a scheduled delivery of 8/24/17. The arrangement was going to a school so I called the store on 8/24 and requested an estimate delivery (to see if it would arrive before school closing). The woman on the phone, Jessie, was very pleasant and had no trouble providing me with an estimate, which was spot on. I was skeptical due to the bad reviews but I did not have an issue!! The recipient loved it. Thank you!!!

I ordered a fruit basket from the Downtown location and they were excellent. This year 2015 , i ordered a fruit basket for $70 for my moms birthday, from the Tonawanda location and she NEVER got it!! I will NEVER order from that location ever again. Thanks for ruining her 61st birthday surprise. Ill be certain to stick to the downtown location for service performed in excellence. So upset...

Received a gift basket Easter Monday 2016. It started to turn brown and shrivel Tuesday. The gift giver inquired Wednesday evening and was told. He was very disappointed ($87+ spent) and contacted the Williamsville, NY store Thursday. They explained that the arrangements were only to last a day or two, so essentially he was out of luck! I do NOT recommend.

Dealt with a very polite lady by the name of Christina. She gave me a complimentary white chocolate covered strawberry, which was delicious. Due to the fruit condensation, the appearance of my bag didnt look very good so I asked her to re-wrap it and she did so for free without hesitation.

TERRIBLE SERVICE ...I had the worst experience ever with the buffalo location that I had to cancel my order and my grandmother didnt receive her birthday gift. I have spent hundreds of dollars with edible arrangements and no longer plan to . You cant even get to a customer service rep .

Absolutely horrid service. Valentines day I had an order placed 2 months in advance just for it to not arrive on time, hell maybe not even at all! I called every single number listed including corporate just to be hung up on multiple times. Unbelievable!

Worst place to order from I place my order on the 8th of February 2017 my order was supposed to deliver February 13th 2017 which I gave it till February 14th 2017 it is now 10:51 and there is no package my wife is upset and I am outraged
