I have never dealt with such horrible service in my life. The owner was very rude she hung up on me when I called the complain about my order that was left on the door step in just a vase. The vase had fell over and apparently she stated that this was a easy fix just add water. I thought that was very rude. Both me and my father had spent well over $100 for flowers to be delivered and this is the service we get. The owner did not call me back I had called her twice ignored both of my calls then I called blocked so convienet she answered. She accuse me of lying when I told her that the delivery was left on the door step at 8:45am she told me that it was impossible that the store opened at 9am. I finally told her that I had a time stamp with the call from the delivery person and all of a sudden the story changed. As previously stated the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful and the prices are way over priced. She ended up writing me a nasty e mail that had twisted my words around. I told her that I was going to write a bad review so she told me she was going to contact her lawyer. Clearly this is not good customer service. I had simply just asked for my delivery charge back. I would not recommend this place to anyone as the owner is disrespectful and rips people off with her prices.

It was a simple on-line order, it was delivered in time, quality of product was very good. It was for a new babys mother. Carelessly, the addressee of the card listed that the gift was from her "Mom and Dad", when it should have said "Mom and Neal." Mom and Dad are divorced and when the new mother received the gift she was obviously mislead and created unnecessary confusion. I informed the florist operator/owner? via email and they failed to even acknowledge it, much less offer some type of recompense or apology. A very BIG mistake to ignore. Good luck if you work with this florist - doing a job right aparently means very little to them.

Ever call a store and talk to someone on the phone and your first reaction is to hang up and call somewhere else? I should have! WOW! I couldnt have been more clear and couldnt have given a better budget. Completely taken advantage of and the product was less than supermarket value. Extremely unhappy with this florist and they didnt even care to return my call or email. HMMMMMMM My first reaction was right. I should of hung up and called somewhere else. BAD BUSINESS! BAD SERVICE! BAD FLOWER ARRANGEMENT! BIG PRICE!

Their flowers were AMAZING. They were fresh, bright, and obviously arranged with care and attention to detail. I was kicking myself for not ordering more extras than I did for our event. We could have easily, with no hesitancy looking back, placed an order that was 30-50% larger than our final order was due to the high quality and value Ms. Paige and Flowers in the Forest maintain.
