Have my maternity pictures today and went for my appointment that was at 330 and they said it was at 3. Arrived what I thought was five minutes early. My appointment was for a full make over which on the website states its for 90 minutes... yet Im 25 minutes late by complete accident thinking Im early and they can do nothing. I came in to also exchange 12 empty product bottles because I am a regular at this store. Will never return to this mac again. Terrible customer service and ruined a day Im meant to remember for the rest of my life.

The ladies here are fabulous! No matter how busy they are, all of them make it a point to speak to you and either help you or let you know when youll be helped and by who. They really listen to their customers instead of just jumping in with what they think suits them best. However, theyre also more than happy to assist you every step of the way if thats what you need....showing you exactly how to apply everything flawlessly. From start to finish, every experience Ive had at this location has been wonderful.

I went to get some makeup I needed and get my makeup done mostly because I wanted to learn how to do my eye makeup. I did not have an appointment but Azaria was willing to do it for me but she said she would have to get costumers since I didnt have an appointment (which I was totaly okay with!). She explained how she was doing everything, asked what I wanted and even let me do my other eye so I could learn! Definitely will be buying more there because of this experience!

Went there to get a full make up done. It was my wedding day. My face was gold!!!!! My eye brows where extremely think. When the guy finished he learned it was his 1st ever full face. I was horrified. He used a liquid foundation that was darker than my tone , and used a powder that was light than my tone. Every time I touched my face I saw a dark chacolate mark. I face looked horrible for my wedding. I will never let them touch my face again. !!!!!
