Worst hair salon I have ever been to upon entering the salon there was not a warm greeting considering I was a new client my install was horrible no not at all to protect my hair not to mention I told the stylist that I was trying to grow my natural hair and told her how important it was that I stopped using glue and perming my hair I guess because she was on the phone she did not understand this and upon finishing the install of my head I was instructed to sit in the owners chair to which she begin to apply glue to my head I was shocked but since I had already came this far and putting the Hair in my head I had to finish seeing as though I had a large amount of things to do and needed my hair done not only did they leave a track showing the invisible part that the owner did begin to shed so bad all around my house and work space that I became infuriated I wrote to her and told her how I was displeased with the install I paid $110 the hair that used came to $250 as she began to put the glue into my head I jumped because I felt the feeling of when I used to put glue in my head and begin to realize what she was doing she then turned to her stylist and said you did not tell her that this requires glue after I left I tried numerous times calling and texting and even wrote the salon owner on Instagram to which I never got a response they seem to be upset that I wanted to keep my natural hair and tack and was upset that I was upset even though I was paying for a service I would not go to the salon again even if the owner herself offered me a free install I will travel to Orlando like I always do to see my stylist I thought this place was a great place because of the photos on Instagram and thought that I would try it because my stylist was booked and this place was relatively close to me I would not recommend this place for anyone from the cold shoulder when you walk in to the lack of knowledge of Hair and from the customer service that I received being in new customer those of you that would like a quick install with glue you might find this place of used to you but for the prices that they were charging I was looking for something on an upscale kind of vibe also there is no receptionist and no phone I hope you find this review useful I usually pay almost $200 for an install and would not mind paying the money for my hair to be done properly

The owner was very helpful with assisting in rectifying this matter however, I feel that the professionalism (or lack thereof) of the stylist is a reflection of the business as a whole, which is why I gave the company 2 stars. I booked an appointment with the stylist, LouLou Veillard because I saw that she had all great reviews. In retrospect, Im thinking that all of the reviews must have come from friends or family. Also, she uses Styleseat to book appointments. I submitted a review and it appears that all reviews must be approved by the stylist first. At any rate, the stylist was at least 37 minutes late. She didnt bother calling until 37 minutes after the scheduled appointment at which time she informed me that she would not arrive until close to noon. I informed her that my daughter and I had another engagement to attend. The stylist informed me that she could do my daughters hair the following day at one. She never called and she would not answer the phone. In addition to the unprofessionalism she exhibited, Styleseat had the audacity to attempt to charge my card for service and a 15 percent tip. The stylist didnt even have the conscience to cancel the appointment so that I wouldnt be charged.

Too bad I cant give a zero. Order some of their lipsticks over a month ago now. They havent veeen delivered, they have ignored my emails, ignored my phone calls as well as have ignored my inquiries on social media. Apparently they think its ok to take your money for products and dont deliver them. And p.s if you ask too many questions on dozuak media, instead of responding they delete the posts

This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life! I placed and paid for an order for $268.98 on April 18, 2017. As of today, June 12, I have yet to receive a my order, a confirmation, a return call, email, a social media response, or any kind of communication. This is terrible!!!! I should have read these reviews before I placed an order. Never Again!!

Worst Customer Service EVER!! I made a purchase with this company a while back I received the worst service ever. They never resolved my issue nor did they refund me. Instead I received rude email (their way of customer service no phone number or real person was ever available) I will NEVER recommend their Services EVER.
