*This shop does not do piercings, regardless of what Google says* After much looking around 8 Sins tattoo is one of the best, if not the best place to get tattooed in the area. All of the artists are very skilled and passionate about their profession and take their work seriously. They are friendly and offer great assistance when deciding on what you want, they dont force their ideas on you like some shops Ive been to. I have thought about a sleeve tattoo for 16 years and finally was helped with my design and placement of each piece of the sleeve. The artist is genuinely excited to start each session and as a customer this shows me their dedication to their work. If youre looking for a place that will take care and pride in putting something permanent on your body, swing by and talk with ANY of the artists. All of them take the extra time to make sure design is what you want and where you want it. All of the artists have their own style, but the same talent and professionalism. The owner of the shop has done a fantastic job at choosing his artists. It will be hard to go anywhere else.

I loved the samples of their artwork that I saw online and had pretty much decided to go there for a tattoo .... until I talked to someone in their shop over the phone. I dont expect to be catered to, but given the permanent nature of a tattoo I do think that the staff having a good attitude is a reasonable expectation as a customer. My impression of this business is that the almighty dollar and their bottom line is their main priority and focus. Creating a work of art that the customer is satisfied with is a secondary consideration only if it doesnt interfere with them making money, especially if requires extra effort.

Best tattoo place in Columbia by far. I looked around many shops before I decided on 8 sins. I didnt feel pressured or obligated to get something just because I came in. Their staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their art. The shop and employees have a great vibe that makes the whole experience very pleasant. Their work is some of the best Ive ever seen and their prices are competitive with other establishments. Im recommending them to everyone I know and I definitely will be back for more.

Travis and the other artists worked together and took a lot of time with us to help design my tattoo. They were so helpful and never rushed us. They made some simple suggestions and adjustments that made The tattoo that much better. Now I have a really nice tattoo that looks better than I had even imagined. The shop is clean and everyone is very knowledgable and friendly. They want to work with you to make great tattoos for their customers. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you!

After extensive research on the tattoo shops in the area, I went to get my first ever tattoo at 8 Sins this past weekend. I found the place to be very clean and the staff to be extremely helpful. Don Taylor was the artist who did my tattoo and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process to me as he was doing it. The prices were very reasonable and the place and people seemed very professional. I would highly recommend this tattoo shop to anyone.

My first tattoo was done here in 2009 and Ive never loved a shops atmosphere more. Very cool interior, Andy was a great guy and did exactly what I wanted with my symbol (which turned out beautifully) and even helped me plan my next one around it; Scott did an amazing job on my sisters color work on her wrist. Still have yet to get my 2nd, but Ill be rectifying that soon and coming back; I always recommend 8 Sins to anyone and everyone who speaks to me about tattoos. Adore this place!

This shop is very nice......the owner is Truly respectful and understand what it takes to be in this industry! Mick is a closed minded angry extra strength douche. You want an ass hole for an artist ... who thinks he tattoos perfect and judges everyone he come across.. then he is perfect for your tattoo! He obviously has plenty of open time for work since he likes to stay of fb and stalk people hours away from him!!

Words cannot express how awesome 8 sins tattoo is!! Everyone there is extremely nice and caring! The whole business is clean from top to bottom (believe me I looked because I am completely OCD) I loved them so much I got 2 tattoos within a week! Im going back in the next few weeks as well!! Travis Millaudon did mine. And has answered every question I have ever had!

I highly recommend getting a tattoo done here. The shop is nice and clean. My artist name was Dave and i absolutely loved him. He does amazing work and is so friendly and nice. He is very dedicated and passionate about his work which i really liked. So if you ever need work done go to him. I will definitely be going back to him to get another one.

Andy is the best tattoo artist. Hes got every quality you look for in a tattoo artist and owner of shop. The shop is centrally located in Columbia, very clean, professional staff, comfortable furniture and most importantly sterile equipment. Andy is artistic, professional, patient, and gentle! I would never go anywhere else.

I stopped in about a week ago, and though the wait for a tattoo was long, it was worth it! Travis is incredible and very sweet. He did a beautiful luna moth on my wrist, and even through the healing process I have gotten non-stop compliments. Thank you Travis! Its a long drive but I will be back!

I came here to get my very first tattoo and the staff was nothing less than exceptional! I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price! I will be returning for my half sleeve later on this year! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tattoo!

This place has terrible customer service. They lied to me, most likely to get me to switch to an artist I didnt want. I do not recommended this place. Go to Animated Canvas instead. Good, honest and clean artists over there.
