I am very upset by the lack of knowledge that some of these employees have. I ordered a study prep book over the phone and I made it clear that I needed it ASAP and the employee said that he would order it and have it there between 3-4 days. On the 3rd day I called to see if it may have arrived and I found out that the order hadnt even been placed yet. I was told that I was supposed to pay before hand which was never mentioned when I originally ordered it and no one called me to get that payment. Now I am going to be behind an entire week and I am very upset. Would not recommend this store.

Keep the bookstores alive!! This is a really nice place; although its getting more & more "Borders-y" (remember Borders?!) with all the little trinkets & weird non-book stuff to buy. Which I like. This is a strange location for it, which makes it great.... I live within walking distance, & this is a working poor area; we need it to stay here.

Staff personnel go above and beyond to assist in locating a book. I enjoy this particular store. My grandsons love the childrens section; its very inviting and comfortable. The refreshment area has great selections and plenty of seating. Customers respect one anothers privacy.

Need comfy chairs to sit on. There are only 2 or 3 in the whole store. And then a lot of uncomfortable wooden chairs at the café part. Update a little please... plus they dont take starbucks gift cards but they sell the Starbucks coffees. Weird.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Easy to find when you need help and will go that extra mile to get the job done. The people that go there though will remind you why some people get their ass beat at random.

I was most upset concerning the educators discount day in Dec. I inquired about the discount and was informed it only applied to current educators. I just retired with 40 years as an educator. This is very sad.

There is always a great selection of books & toys available. The prices can be sorta high for some items. But Other stuff can be cheaper than Amazon. Just have to compare prices before making the purchase.

Nice bookstore, but not much competition in the area, so the book prices are always a bit high. Comfortable, clean, pleasant staff. Location is convenient when the parking lot is not under construction.
