I went into this store today to purchase a copy of On the Road by Jack Kerouac for my history paper. I found what I looking for and proceeded to head to the cashier. there were 2 employees at the register, neither looked at all happy to see me. I walked up to Darrin. my mistake, I guess. I handed him my book and as he was ringing me up, instead of just offering me their reward card that I never want said "I would try to offer you our BAM! reward card since youre in here all the time, that would totally save you money with the coupons we send you in the mail and free wifi we offer with it, but you of COURSE dont need it." oh, sorry darrin, I havent been in your store for about a year. then tried to offer me some magazines in as neutral a tone as possible, which was weird. I declined the magazines, took my purchase and as me and my fiance were walking out of the store he was talking to the other employee about my "hipster b*itch girlfriend." I will not be coming back. seriously, just go to mr.ks. everyones nicer and they dont mind when "hipsters" spend money in their stores :)

Where should I start... Let me just say I NEVER shop here- just happened to have a few hours on my hands about a month ago, and decided to check out some magazines, and grab a coffee. The baristas -a male and female (who seemed to be very friendly with each other) were extremely rude to my friend and I! Then I go in their again (BIG MISTAKE) the other day because I happened to be at the mall and remembered a magazine I wanted.. stood at the coffee stand for over 5 minutes, while the girl made someone elses drink. She finally took my order, so I went to sit down and waited. About 10 minutes go by, she disappeared, and then comes back out and says OMG I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT YOUR DRINK!!! What should have taken no longer than 10 minutes ended up taking a half hour! SO RUDE AND INCOMPETENT!

Floor staff is greatly lacking upper management leadership. There is never anyone in the floor to help, they dont greet you when you come in even though many times there is more than one employee behind the counter not assisting other customers, and everything is so cluttered. There is seriously way too much stuff everywhere. I would warn everyone not to come here.

I came up to the counter and asked for a cup of water if I gave them a good google review, then Sky humbly responded that the review wasnt necessary and that she would be happy to give me some water, free of charge. With ice! Thats why they deserve the good review.

Located inside the mall so parking can be a little tight. Good selection of clearance books or inexpensive books. Which they allow pets at Barnes & Noble across the street does.

Great selection. Need more staff to assist shoppers in finding reading materials. Also, more seats would be great. Love their coupons and Funko collectibles.

Very good book store. Magazine selection especially good. Carries hard to find college sports magazines, and usually lots of people when mall is open.

This is a good place to grab a book. I always go to Barnes & Noble first but sometimes they have books that B&N doesnt (and vice versa).

They have a well kept store, the cafe was clean. The staff is fun and friendly. Definitely a diamond in the rough.
