This place is really going downhill in the selection of books this place normally contains. I came looking for a technical manual for Adobe After Effects. What I found was a very small section of Photoshop books and "how to" Photography books, and that was it! Normally B&N has a huge selection of technical books, not here! Other than that, its still a great place to visit and read, and also get some decent coffee at. What I really dislike about shopping at B&N brick and mortar stores is the 101 membership, credit card, and warrantee offers you get hassled for when you just want to check out and get out of there. I hate that. No! I dont want to join anything or be pressured into buying some "book club" membership that I dont need!

Something of a regular here at the Starbucks in Towne Centres Barnes and Noble. Im here pretty much everyday. In the mornings before work I chill out here and grab a White Chocolate Mocha, and either after work or on break Im here again reading a comic book buy always using free WiFi :). The service is just what one would expect even when they get pretty slammed. And I actually just enrolled in their membership program. Never any complaints and the crew is very nice and its amusing to hear the banter between them. I really like the one girl behind the counter, could never think to get her name though....

The childrens department staff here is pretty incredible. They are generally always nearby if you have questions. Checking out, the cashier was very friendly but couldnt find out how to enter my digital gift card. Might be a simple training issue. At least she was friendly. My kids could spend the day in here without any effort.

Free Wi-fi, Starbucks coffee, a plethora of books... Whats not to like about B&N. Its in a nice spot in Towne Centre, and is open later than most of the other stores/shops. This makes for a good finale when shopping.

I love coming here its the first place I go when I want a book and its amazing for little kids as well because of the back there are loads of kid stuff and there is a Starbucks inside as well so a great place to go!

Staff is wonderfully helpful if you call ahead. They will pull books for you sand have them waiting upfront. They are harder to find for assistance once you are in the store.

The store is dirty. The sales people know nothing about books. The coffee is beyond bad and the womans restroom should be declared an environmental hazard.

The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to finding a good book to read. Unfortunately for them, Amazon is a little cheaper.

I love Barnes and Noble. I only wish they would take the time to clean the bathrooms a few times a day! They are aweful and always have been.
