Ive had several interviews at this Mac location & the manager (who will remain nameless) has given me the run around for THREE years. Very unprofessional. My dream used to be to be a "Mac girl" till I got offered employment at higher end brands. Also some of the artists that are employed there CANNOT do makeup. Their work looks a mess. Yet I got the runaround & blatantly LIED to and my work is phenomenal. They have gots to do better

I was extremely disappointed with the end result of how my face came out. I specifically told the young lady that was doing my face how I wanted it done. She did the total opposite. I asked for a natural look and she barely used any foundation or concealer on my face. I ended up having to do my own make up for the concert I was attending.

I LOVE the mac in macys I know every single mac girl and boy at the counter and they know me! The customer service is superb. I usually always greeted and helped right away and find what I want. Im usually in and out no matter how busy it is.
