i only come to this place if its an emergency and i cant get my Clinique products online or make it to Macys. the staff here are very rude. i was asking one of the reps about foundations and the different foundation brushes. and she was like oh you have acne you need to work on your face and i am not selling you a brush because you wont clean it everyday. its not what she said its how she said it. i was offended. they do not like to give samples. and the samples they do give i am not interested in (facial peels eye creams etc.). they do not do the special gift offers like Clinique online and Macys do.they were kind of helpful as far as giving me the scoop in different products to help my skin. but i just just dont feel like this is my go to place because they made me feel kind of uncomfortable.

I was actually quite delighted by my visit; I was greeted when I walked in, and after an appropriate amount of time, I was offered help, which I accepted. The woman who helped me walked me around, answered all of my questions, and was a general delight.

The store, is beautiful and I see all new staff. I had a great experience and left feeling very happy with my purchases
