Love Lush and their products. The staff is super nice and stuff too but holy crap they wont let me breathe. I walked in with my S/O today shopping for his nieces and at the same time, 2 of their employees kinda crept up to our sides and asked what are we looking for. Then they would start handing us stuff to smell and just not letting me look around. I eventually had to be like.... I want to look around PLEASE! lol I ended up finding everything fine on my own by simply reading the signs. Some of the stuff I ended up getting they didnt even think to recommend. I always feel a little overwhelmed by the staff crowding me there but Its the holiday season so they really seemed like they amped it up. Like, the place is crowded enough with holiday shoppers so having them all up in our grills made us pretty antsy.

The products are habit-forming! So many of them are so good theres barely room in the basket for everything you want to try.. Enjoy the experience of just exploring the smell and feel of bath products...SUBLIME. Alot of the staff is really helpful and informative.. That said: ...some of them seem to be desperate to make a sale...sadly their inexperience puts off some visitors from a product that just about sells itself. They lose the sale. Lush loses a a customer. The best way is to let them do their high-energy schpiel and then gently let them know youll call them over if you have a question. If theyre really overbearing, grab a copy of Lush Times before you exit. If you dont mind the shipping cost, you can also get stuff online...and sometimes items that arent in the stores anymore.

The validation facial massage is lackluster. While you take home samples of most of the products used during your service, the facial itself is not worth it. The estheticians were wonderful, calming attitudes and knowledgeable about the products, but this is NOT a facial. Its one hour of someone lightly running their hands across your chest and down your arms, it couldnt even be considered a light massage. The exfoliant, a mechanical exfoliant, was applied to my face and let sit. Thats not how it works. There was makeup residue still on my skin when I left. I came here, as a fellow esthetician, looking for inspiration and left disappointed.

I didnt buy anything here; my review is for the fantastic employees. I was walking through Philly with a friend and began to have an asthma attack near Lush Cosmetics. We came inside to try to find a place to sit and get everything under control. Meanwhile, the two girls working at the register managed to take care of other customers while still being incredibly helpful to me. They offered me a glass of water, somewhere to sit, and were altogether kind and didnt make me feel embarrassed at all. I would have loved to have a regular shopping trip here without the medical emergency, but I am confident my experience would have been great.

Friendly service awaits! Lush has a lot of hand made, organic, natural cosmetics that really do sometimes feel better than what youll buy in a store. The service here is great and all the associates will be glad to help you find whatever youre looking for, and even something extra! I know I know, youre saying this is a chick place right? Nah. Theyre got a few things for dudes that youd be surprised about. Soaps? Yup. Manly smelling soaps. And the best shaving cream Ive ever used. And hey, if you wanna just soak in a bubble tub for awhile, theyve got the bubble baths and bath bombs to sit you right.

I always mentally prepare myself before going into any Lush Cosmetics store. I know the employees are trained to be pretty in-your-face and it can be irritating. But this store, by far, was the worst. I felt like I was prey to a heavy flock of Lush vultures and frankly, I would have spent more money if they would have left me alone and let me smell, look, read about the products on my own. All I wanted to do was leave.

I love Lush products and am always satisfied with my purchases, however the staff at this store are not very helpful. During my last visit, two associates were busy assisting two high school students (in uniform, not assuming) who ultimately did not make a purchase, but seemed unwilling to help me locate a specific product and took a great deal of time to come to the register to check me out.

This was amazing! It was my first time ever entering a beauty store looking for advice and products for my skin! They were so willing to help with everything and let me try everything. A woman named Stephanie helped me and she was just phenomenal with helping me pick what I needed. As well as helping me pick products she gave me samples of multiple things to try considering I was a newbie!

Ive been to many Lush shops- Including ones in the UK. The Philly staff are the very best. They are helpful and available without being as pushy or in your face as many other Lush stores I have been to. If you have a chance to try the Spa, its also really lovely. Really, its not as big as the one in London, but its certainly the Lush I most enjoy browsing in.

Went in with a really vague idea of what I was looking for. The employees were friendly and helpful, but also great about taking a hint when I was ready to poke around on my own, and when I had questions again they were just as happy to answer those. Employees were wonderful, Ive also been very happy with my purchases. (Big shampoo & Shades of Earl Grey bar)

All the girls were super helpful and kind, and helped me learn about a ton of new products! Bought more than I planned because they absolutely didnt mind at all answering all of my questions, and not once did they make me feel dumb!! Loving the way the new products are treating my skin and loved the way they treated me.

First time going to a lush location... All of the employees were SO sweet! So many demonstrations, they let me try everything. Ended up spending $100. Totally fine with this. Will be coming back again, even if its just to have my hands lathered in body butter and wash it off.

This place smells nice and has very expensive, environmentally friendly, vegetarian cosmetic products. If you want to spend $12 on a bath bomb come here. Your bath will smell good and look colorful.

It was amazing! It was my first time going into a LUSH store; I always order offline. The workers where almost all amazing except one, Other then that it was an amazing store; Definitely going back!
