The girls (and guy) on the floor are always super nice and helpful. Ive never had any bad experiences, however, I cannot say the same when I reach the register! Every. Single. Time. I get to the register, the person is extremely rude and tactless. They dont even look you in the eye or ask the normal questions like if I want to redeem my points, or if I found everything okay or nothing. Last time I was there, I was trying to buy something and was rudely told I couldnt because it was discontinued. While I understand that mistakes can happen and that item probably should not have been on the shelf - since it was discontinued - that is NOT my fault and should NOT be taken out on me because someone left something on the shelf that should not have been there. The girls on the floor are the only reason why Im even giving this any stars because they are truly the sweetest and so helpful but the people behind the registers just seem to completely ruin my experience here.

Ive been to this store a handful of times and every time I have a simple question the "beauty experts" could not be any less annoyed that Im asking a question. I was especially shocked tonight when I had asked a male employee if he could just match me with a foundation and started huffing and puffing and rolled his eyes when I asked if I could try it on. He was giving me such an attitude so I told him Ill just worry about it myself and walked away. I then asked another female employee if she would recommend a liquid foundation that wont make me break out and also was clearly annoyed I was asking. She gave me two options and didnt look up from the drawer she was sticking. Im only giving this location two stars because I have encountered one nice female employee a few weeks back.

Whenever Im in this sephora shopping for fragrance they literally watch over me like Im a thief. The first 2 times it happened I thought the girl was just strange, but no it happens all the time. The "experts" here act as if theyre doing you a favor by helping. Dont shop here, Id rather shop online. These people dont deserve our money or commission. Horrible customer service!

Alexa made my visit to Sephora a very pleasant experience. She was working at the register and was very nice to me. Her attitude was great. She asked me if I found everything okay and gave me a sample which a lot of girls skip not just at this location. Anyway, Alexa, you go! Thanks for being great at your job!
